The home is located in nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and in order. Very spacious home with morden appliances and furniture. Love the master bedroom! There were a few kitchen items available, but could use more of a variety of pots and pans for cooking. The only downside for us was the grass not being freshly mowed. The backyard is closed-in but we didn't want to seat out back because the grass was not mowed.Overall it was a nice stay! We enjoyed our Florence visit to see family.

One of the best homes my husband and I have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Nice area and my reactive dog is very calm here.

Very clean and lovely newly built home. Thoughtful and responsive host. Close to everything in Florence. It’s in a new subdivision that may confuse your maps app but it’s very easy to find. There are some homes still being constructed and the crews show up around 8:30am even on weekends. They should be finishing up soon though. I’d happily go back in the future.

The house is always super clean and welcoming perfect setup for our family when we visit our son at FMU. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, and great living space to relax. Love being able to cook meals and spend time together!

My third time to this house and it will be a fourth I really really love this place. It’s my middle point to where my destination is and it’s so convenient so comfortable you have everything that you need near you the home is wonderful dog friendly. The yard is amazing for dogs I will be back. See you soon.

That I really enjoyed this place. This is my second time staying here and I’m actually going to be staying here for the third time coming back from Florida. This is a perfect place to stay halfway point if you’re driving to Florida, I’m definitely will always be staying here when I drive to Florida Florida. House is clean right very comfortable beautiful yard if you’re coming with animals.

Wonderful home and conveniently located! The property exceeded our expectations! It was very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door.The home (kitchen, bath rooms, etc.) is well equipped with all of the amenities that we needed for a pleasant visit to Florence, SC.The owner was incredibly informative regarding the easy check in process. Just unlock the door, walk-in and enjoy your stay!There is no cable TV, so information about how to access local programing (news, sports, etc.) would have been useful. We eventually figured out the there is a You Tube Account logged in on the main living area television.The only negative is the abundance of security cameras and the camera door bell. It gives the feeling that privacy is being compromised, but I do understand the desire or need for them.

The host was very welcoming. The house is so nice and clean and comfortable. One of the best I've ever stayed at.

This place is everything you want a VRBO to be! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient to 95 but far enough away to be out of the hustle. The hosts are great with communication. Everything in the house functions properly. There is a garage available. The neighborhood is very nice, fairly new. It’s the best! You will not be disappointed.

Very welcoming. We have stayed at many rentals. This one, is by far the best. The home is exactly as described. It is clean and very comfortable. We make the trip from Fl to PA a few times a year. This is a perfect rental for the half way point.

This was such a great home. It’s so convenient for a long drive. Just trying to make it home. We broke up our trip and to stay in Florence and it was wonderful so comfortable so convenient so cozy. The backyard was nice for the dog. Also, there’s everything you could think of in the home not many VRBO‘s will give you that, i’m definitely will be back when I take another road trip clean comfortable convenient off of the I 95 so it’s all the things restaurant CVS everything all there

Perfect stay for our family wedding weekend!! Home was immaculate and a perfect layout! Host has thought of everything you may need during your stay from extra linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Awesome location and super nice neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as advertised. The home was very comfortable and welcoming, and the hosts made sure we had what we needed. The beds were comfy, and the living room recliners and large screen tv made for a nice cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the screened in back porch and fenced in private yard to enjoy a pleasant evening chatting together. Very nice neighborhood and convenient location. Truly have nothing negative to say. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and our entire experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary stocking. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very lovely, with fully equipped coffee area. Creamer and sugar were plentiful, not just tiny packets. A tv in every room was a nice bonus.Large stand alone shower, and complete laundry room.Definately will come again. Host was easily reached and provided all contact info.

We stayed in this home on our way home to Maryland from Florida. The home was perfect for our family. When we arrived the home was spotlessly clean and ready for us! We all got a great night sleep in this quiet and comfy home! Would definitely return!

We had a large truck rental and two vehicles moving from FL to VA. It was a perfect nights rest and easily accessible. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. We enjoyed the snacks as we arrived late and didn't feel up to going oyt.

Property had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a wedding.

Everything about this property was perfect. Home was so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything you would need is provided, and host is always available if you need anything. I loved the area and neighborhoods for walking, and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. This is where I will stay on all my return visits.

I brought my elderly mother.. whom I almost lost 2 years ago.. to visit the last of the elders in our family. The first 2 days of our trip was traumatizing.. that was until arriving HERE. Upon opening the door.. INSTANT COMFORT!!! NO STRESS!!! GREAT ENERGY!!! Definitely felt like home. AND my OCD was able to take a break. Communication with the host was instant. Neighborhood was quietly awesome. Location was on point. We didn't get to really explore Florence.. but we were able to relax. (Which to me was way more important) Caught a couple of sunsets on the back porch. Beautiful!!! I will highly recommend to others AND I will definitely be back. Thanks For Good Memories!!! 👑
