Treat your family and friends to their best vacation ever! Our WARM and COZY Old Tahoe Style home is waiting for you. This three bedroom, three bath single family home is the perfect alpine retreat for skiers and golfers alike.

Set on a flat access driveway with a Year round parking place for at least 4 cars or 2 cars and one boat. House is equipped with 50 AMP EV car charger with NEMA 14-50 plug. This house is in a small neighborhood and within easy walking distance to sandy beachesand nearby amenities of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

We welcome up to 6 guests (maximum 6 guests) at our house, with:
3 bedrooms
1 sunroom
1 office room
3 bathrooms
1 King Bed
2 Queen Beds
1 Set of Bunk Beds

1 Futon chair/bed

This smoke-free house is ideal for large families or shared by several families. All three bedrooms have their own private, full bath and walk-in closet. This is a fabulous home for a very reasonable price. Can't wait to see you here!
