Tacoma Home w/ Garden + Pond ~ 3 Mi to Beach!

Great house that was in perfect condition!

We came to the Tacoma area for our daughter’s wedding. I wanted a place that was comfortable and safe. This was it. It had a very welcoming feel and the neighborhood was excellent. It is a bit of a drive to Tacoma Dome area and city locations, but worth it.

House was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and weather while visiting Mt. Rainier.

I will begin with what a lovely, spacious, and clean home. The family was delighted to discover the towel animals. The pond out back created a tranquil area for the family to relax in. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood.A few things that would have enhanced the stay are extra towels. Also, instructions on where the recycling bin was and what can be recylced would be helpful.The reason it gets four out of five stars is the communication between myself and the property company. A few days after making the reservation, I asked to extend the stay by one night. I did not get a response and messaged again several weeks later. The response came over a week later that they could not extend the stay. The bad communication continued. On the day of checking in, I received an email stating they could not extend the reservation. The communication was terrible between myself and the property company.

The house was perfect for our family. It’s was spacious and very clean! Didn’t know it was frog season, but that was an added bonus!

Linda’s house is wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful backyard. It had a serene pond with a waterfall. Each night we’d listen to the sounds of frogs which was nice. Close to many things around Dash Point/Browns Point area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The hostess was excellent. The home was spotless. Quiet neighborhood yet close to strip malls and grocery stores. I will definitely be booking this home again for future trips. Happy customer from Arizona

Comfortable beds, excellent showers/bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a cute deck and backyard. We all loved this house and the neighborhood. This is among the best!

We loved our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped backyard with a water feature and pond. Checking in and checking out was made easy with all the instructions provided prior to the trip and onsite. The little touches like towel origami in all the rooms and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay a delight. I would highly recommend this property.

We have a wonderful stay at this property while we were visiting our family in Tacoma. Linda was great and even allowed us to extend our checkout time without any issues. The frogs are definitely chatty but Linda provided plenty of earplugs. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
