Table Rock Lake View! Two Community Pools!

close to town but away from traffic

There are several things that need to be addressed on this property. Kitchen was well stocked except no potholders. We needed to take things out out of the oven with towels. Temperature control was very hard to set at a comfortable setting. We were cold most of the week. Kitchen faucet would drop if you were not really careful and turn on the water by itself. Refrigerator on main floor was hard to close. The alarm was always going off. Fan did not work on the main floor. Dangerous outlet in the floor on the main level. Hot tub got really clouding after a couple of days. The back bedroom on the 3rd floor had a curtain rod almost falling down and the room had a broken recliner in it. We ran out of toilet paper after a few days and my husband and I called the number for help. She kept saying the Book said they don't provide extra toilet paper. The only book we found said nothing about toilet paper. I told her even the cheapest motel gave you all the toilet paper you needed. I had to tell her I didn't think I could give a 5 star review before we got toilet paper. She must have called the owner because he called me and left a message. I called him and he never called me back. I would have talked to him about the broken things but who wants a repairman around when you are on vacation.

Great house! Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds.

It was perfect for our group’s needs. The dryer seemed a tad slow at times, but all in all we were very pleased with our stay here.

We had a group of 8 golfers. All eight commented on how perfect the house was for our needs. Close to courses. Private Bedrooms with their own baths. Large gathering areas, and more. This will become our annual spot for our golf trip

We had a wonderful time having our family of 29 staying at such a spacious house. We think this is a convenient location and we were pleased there was plenty of parking for our large group. We appreciated the well supplied kitchen including the blender, waffle iron and high chairs. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the back deck and the hot tub was nice at the end of the day.We appreciated the good communication during the booking process and the host stayed in touch during our stay to address any issues which, fortunately, we did not need.

The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained. We had a huge group and rented two houses side by side. It could not have been better.

Great place for a multi-generational gathering!! From the 1st floor accessible bedroom & bath with rails to the bunkrooms for the kids! So much room!! Beautiful decks! Clean & working hot tub. Fun game tables in the lowest level. We’ll be with more family

This was a beautiful home with tons of fun amenities and a very attentive owner.

We stayed here for our team bonding this year and it was wonderful! The house was clean, had plenty of essentials like towels and cooking utensils, and so much space for our team! The community pool was so fun, and walking to the lake was an added bonus! The only thing I would say is if you’re bringing a large group like us, bring extra paper towels because we ran out fast from so many people and baggies for leftover food. However for the large number, the house had all the towels you could need, the tools you need in a kitchen, and a fun game room too!! We would definitely take our team back! Adam was wonderful to work with and made check in so easy! Overall a great spot!!

Our family stayed at this location last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We had 25 people, and the house was more than large enough to accomodate the size of our group. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was ready for us earlier than anticipated. The kitchen is large and allowed for us to prepare several meals. There are two dishwashers, which definitely came in handy. It would have been nice if there were more Tupperware containers for food storage, but we made due with what was available. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs; we particularly appreciated that most of them had attached bathrooms. The bedrooms had closets available for hanging up clothes. We made good use out of the outdoor areas adjacent to the house, paricularly the deck outside the main level. The lower level has shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball in the living area, all of which were played and enjoyed by various members of our group. There is a washer and dryer on both the main and lower levels, which we used frequently. There are two pools in the community, and we utilized both, particularly the outdoor pool. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would recommend this location to anyone and will remember our time there fondly!!

Beautiful property, well stocked with dishes, appliances, beds, baths, games and amenities. We will definitely be back! Host was responsive to our needs in a timely manner and check out process with a breeze!

Had the whole family in Branson for a week of fun!

We loved how spacious the place was. The home was stocked with everything we needed. My mother has mobility issues and she was able to move around with no problems; her room had a handicap accessible bathroom. The community was safe and we were close to everything. The communication with the property and customer was timely. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering. There is plenty of room to be together or separate for private time.The location is close to anything you may want to visit.The view from the patio is good for seeing some interesting birds and wildlife. We suggest bring binoculars.If we had any issues with the house it was taken care of in good time. Meredith give good advice about restaurants.We suggest that you visit this one.

Our whole family fit very comfortably in the property. We were here for 4 days. It had everything we needed. It even has a smoker which we used, yum. The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. We really loved this place, will come back next year. Thank you to Adam and his crew, very attentive.

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of rooms/bathrooms and relaxing spaces for a large group to spend time together! Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Bed comfort was great! Peaceful and restful!

A beautiful place for our Lutheran School to have an 8th grade class trip! Thank you so much for the amazing memories!!

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The hot tub and access to the pool was a great perk. Everything was clean and plenty of space for all 17 of us!

The house was perfect for our large extended family and the host and property manager were amazing!

We had a large group of family, and this home met all of our needs. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, several gathering areas, plus all kinds of recreation including shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a card table. A very large kitchen with a long dining table, tons of TV's and two sets of washer/dryers. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We took our family to stay there were 17 of us we found the house was nice but not completely clean. Not enough bath towels were available. They had left leftover shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in showers. They didn’t have adequate furniture, the front bedroom with 2 queen beds didn’t even have a dresser.

This house was worth every penny! It was spacious, clean, beautiful and the check-out to do list was short. We rented this for Christmas vacation with our friends and family and we were all very impressed! Both the kids and the adults were thrilled to see the gorgeous Christmas tree in the main living room. The view from the balcony was amazing! We are definitely considering renting it again in the near future.

Quiet, undisturbed backyard, nice view, good communication, well equipped.

All our favorite people got to be in one cabin altogether for a really special weekend. There was so much room for everyone to have their own space, plenty of cabinets and fridge space, and bathrooms. It’s all so cozy. We Highly recommend fall to visit to catch the colors from the three levels in the back. There are a lot of cabins to pick from, but this one is unique. It has a quiet peaceful backyard.and its own fire pit to hang out by. It’s very easy to get to nearby attractions or stores if you want to. ( we all lived the top of the rock golf cart tour). It’s easy to say we’ll be back again!!

There were a number of items not working, the gas fire table, water leak in basement. Smoke Alarm kept going off.
