● Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited

    Spa had issues with the in spa remote. It would not work. Through calls to management (Darlene and Bob), they were able to quickly handle remotely.

    Amazing location and overall process. Lots of things to do at the house and a very short hike to the Pinnacle Peak trail. Appreciated quick response from the manager and maintenance team. Small issues with workout equipment and lock system but easily resolved. Highly recommend.

    The stay was mostly good with a few issues. The house is stunning and the location is quite amazing. The communication with the property company is the best we have ever had and that is why I only downgraded this stay to a 4 and not a 2 or 3. We were disappointed upon arrival to find out the treadmill was not working and parts were on order. There were some bricks/walking stones around the property that were loose and one was off the pool area where the kids and families walked. I just had my kids stay away from those. The main issue was the spa. VERY temperamental as we had to communicate 2-3 times a day about the water levels dropping etc. the property mangers always responded within 5 minutes and were quick to work the problem remotely. There were clear instruction for the spa but even following those the levels would drop. It just got a bit old to keep reaching out about the same thing (over the vacation weekend) which there was really nothing they can do. The only other thing was 200 a day to heat the pool. The number seems excessive and as a pool owner myself it is not 600 to heat for three days. Especially after I have already paid several and when the afternoon climate was moderate and not cold AZ temps. That felt a bit nickel and dime to both families. If the issues get resolved this is a great property and will offers everything you are looking for with a high end Scottsdale retreat.

    Pool, pickleball, basketball and ping pong…our families used them all. The pool had a perfect layout for everyone to gather (11 guests). The grill worked well for dinners at home. All the amenities were great. The concierge was very responsive and check in was easy.
