we've stayed in many Anglesey Holiday lettings's houses and this is one of the best. The views are to die for. the house itself is well-laid out and has everything you need, including electric bed warmers (a boon when there in February!). beds are comfy, plenty of seating, house was warm and HIVE -controlled. underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. didn't use the outside space as too cold, but I imagine in summer it's a lovely area, with an outdoor shower for getting rid of the sand. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed in Rhosneigr several times and this is a lovely house in a wonderful location at the top of a street looking down towards the beach. The view from the first floor living room is superb and the whole house is very comfortable. We had an issue in the main bathroom with the drain not working and it was resolved within an hour of being reported, which was very impressive. We all enjoyed our stay here and would happily rent this house again.

Had a lovely week long stay at Swn Y Bae. The house is in the heart of town, on a quiet street with a less than 100m walk to the beach. There is easy access to everything that Rhosneigr has to offer. The house and kitchen come equipped with everything you need for great holiday base, from comfy beds to the fantastic view from the living room window and balcony. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed here May half term, weather was not great but house made up for it. We stay in rhosneigr every year to see family and this is by far the best we have stayed in! We have already booked again for next year! The location is amazing and the views are the best. No need for a TV here! The kitchen is well equipped, great outside space, a gate would be perfect for those who wish to enclose a pet/children but we didn’t need it. Outside shower is great after surfing. If it could be improved I would say mirrors are needed in the bedrooms and a bath in the upstairs bathroom would have been great as there is enough room. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing week at Swn Y Bae. What a lovely holiday home that has been completed to a very high standard. Super comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms and a very well equipt kitchen that had everything we needed, and more. View from the 1st floor lounge is spectacular and we were blessed with a whole week of amazing sunsets. The balcony was an added bonus and perfect for soaking up the sun and amazing views. Thank you, we will definitely return to this wonderful holiday home.

House was superb and wonderfully situated. Only comment was no instructions at all in house and we were expected to download an app. Not everyone wishes to do this and we felt a hard copy in a drawer would not have hurt

We recently had a four night stay at Swn y Bae last week with our little dog, Rocky. The house is newly refurbished and beautifully presented. It's very comfortable and well equipped for family holiday. It's upside down so the main living area is on the first floor which means you get uninterrupted views through the large picture windows across the bay towards Rhoscolyn. The house faces south west so if there's a sunset you get the best views of it. We hope to return for another week next year.

Amazing property, wonderful views. Good quality, furniture and very well equipped, although a mirror In the upstairs bedroom would be appreciated . Not an enclosed back garden but we managed ok with our dog . Only minus is that there was a quite strong drain smell in the downstairs bathroom and porch. We had a really good time at Swn y bae and have booked for next year.

Swn Y Bae was a charming vacation spot with an incredible view that is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. Everyone had ample space and privacy and the accommodation had all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms were large, clean, and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with tools to cook a meal and the location made it easy to pop out for dinner with only a short walk. Great place! We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a week break at Swn y Bae and we were not disappointed! It was a lovely, clean and spacious property - the kitchen had everything we needed - even plastic plates and cups for the kids! The beds were nice and comfy and the shower's were great (they get nice and hot - if you like a hot shower!). It's in a great location for exploring, and windy walks on the beach - for wetter days there is plenty of room in the house to entertain the kids. The view, however, from upstairs is just fab, we will be back in summer for sure as we would make use of the balcony in the evening sun, however despite the lack of warm weather in November, the fire was a nice touch and made it cosy. I'll be telling friends and family and returning.
