I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From initial booking to check out everything was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised and if anything better. Superb location 100yrds from beach access, also a dock in front where we saw manatee most days. The property has every appliance you could want and a pool we never wanted to get out of. Comfortable beds plenty space to relax inside and out. In perfect condition and spotlessly clean. We stay in AMI most years and this was the best holiday so far and hope to return to Swizzel again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool is wonderful. Location is super convenient with beach and amenities very close by and there is easy access to the Island's two bridges which is a big plus during busy times. Cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. Access door to pool area is through one of the bathrooms which can be inconvenient at times. Outdoor area at back is quite nice, however, the sun shades are getting hard to slide open/close because of rust and, with no screened-in area, flies are an issue at night. Overall though, we liked the place very much and will be returning next year.

Especially enjoyed the outdoor living spaces.Just a suggestion, not a criticism - the living room could use a couple of lamps to supplement the overhead lighting.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, close to beautiful beach, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, grocery and drug stores. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering areas inside and out. Pool area offers both sunny and shaded areas to enjoy. Owner was approachable and friendly, encouraged contact and checked with us. Rental office responded quickly to our questions.Manatees in the canal and flicker (bird) nesting in the tree by front deck.Highly recommend Swizzle!
