Stayed Jun 12, 2025We had a wonderful time, the property had everything we needed, we really enjoyed the kayaks and the kids toys. It was a bit buggy but we had bug spray and that helped. We enjoyed the clubhouse and playground too!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024What can I say. This place is an absolute gem. It is a legit summer house that despite it small quirks like washer hook up and lack of A/C, you feel at ease and relaxed at this charming and open chalet. The host was wonderful in catering to our needs with three rambunctious boys, complete with toys galore! Their wifi worked great and the beach and kayaks were a huge hit for us. We ended up just staying the whole week playing on the pond! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Stayed Aug 17, 2023My family of four (two you adult children and husband) loved the house and the area. Went to chalk pond several times and had a blast; played games/watched movies when the weather didn't cooperate; and enjoyed walking around Newbury Harbor and hiking near The Fells.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022The house was terrific for our little getaway. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. This was our first time to the area, and we loved it. The New England towns, the lakes, the trails; everything was picture perfect. The fall colors were just starting, which just added to our enjoyment.
