Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 8mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year

Stayed Oct 12, 2025We loved staying at this home. It was perfect for a weekend away in New Hampshire. The home had all the amenities we needed especially the kitchen came prepared with dishes, spices, and everything else you would need to make a meal. Kristin was a great host and helpful if we ever needed anything.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025Exactly as described, breath taking views and well equipped property. We really enjoyed our time. Only concern initially was about few lady bugs in the roof. Upon contacting host, very responsive and provided solutions, otherwise 10/10

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The home was exactly as listed. Cozy, comfortable, cute. Amazing view out back! Our stay was not necessarily for relaxing because we were in the area for a family event, so we didnt get to fully enjoy all teh home had to offer, but it certainly exceeded our needs. The hosts were excellent with communication.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The home is comfortable, clean and overall perfect. When we pulled up, I thought the was small. That was due to pulling up on the shorter end (side). Don't be deceived. The house is perfect and the back view is gorgeous.

I like the fact that she had a playbook of everything you need on the kitchen table once you walked in, It range from how things worked in the house to where the best food places. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again soon.
