Stayed Jan 1, 2026Very comfortable, and cozy stay! Convenient to Karns and really anything you want to get to. My family of 5 started here for a month and the house had everything we need for a pleasant stay. Even during the snow and ice the house stayed toasty!Roger is a great host, really responsive.The front porch is awesome!!! Would recommend.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Great front porch! Great lighting in bathroom (which was very clean). Thoughtful amenities (easy access luggage racks, coffee supplies). Fully finished, but cluttered in every room, including kitchen cabinets. DETACHED dishwasher!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025I took some teenagers to row in a youth regatta, and this was the perfect spot for us to crash after long days at the lake. The house is small, but the space is used well and is immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, and the location was very convenient for our event at Melton Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Great place for short term. The yard with the secure fence was a great benefit for our two puppies. The bed was soft and cozy and clean bathroom. Only issues were rules listed in the on-site house guide that were not in the original description such as crating the dogs when you leave. Overall, great soft term stay and ideal location..
