Sweet T Villa! Private heated pool! Beaches, golf courses and amenities!

Upon arrival, the front door entrance didn’t work. We had to find a random sliding door unlocked just to get in. Not ideal after a long travel day with kids. Our pool area had a large security camera facing the pool and lounge area which we felt very uncomfortable with considering we had young children. We wanted to cover it but were told that the owner would be charged if we did so, making it a huge deal to stop the security camera recording us. The place also appeared clean but was filthy when wiping down counters ourselves. We also got charged for leaving the recycling and the garbage bins outside of the garbage man door on the side of the house. We were given no direction that this was an issue. Our children were swimming in the pool one evening around 8pm and were yelled at by neighbours to keep it down. We were charged for a noise complaint for children. Not an ideal spot for a family.

Sweet Tea Villa is a very nice house in a good location. We enjoyed our 3 weeks there without incident. We were conserned about the solar pool heating system but that turned out not to be an issue. During our time at Sweet Tea Villa we communicated with the host without issue. We enjoyed the view from the pool area, it views a pond out the back for another house.

Home was very comfortable and owner was very responsive to any requests

Our seventh stay in Rotonda and our favourite.The house is very well maintained and great communications with the host, this part of Florida is a gem and the view from the lanai is exceptional, a hidden window of florida wildlife.Outstanding

The Villa is by far the very best we have experienced in Florida. Spotlessly clean, an abundance of household gadgets, everything you may need has been provided for you. The pool being solar heated got to bath water temperature every day and this was early to mid May without having to use the pool blanket. Tammy the owner is a joy to communicate with almost instant replies and if anyone gets the opportunity to stay at her villa will not be disappointed with their choice. Home was just as described and in fact BETTER than described. Everything we needed was there to use including the fabulous pool. Smart TVs had all the streaming apps and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Tammy the owner was very responsive to our questions and we had no issues during our stay. If you are looking for a home to rent in this area you have found it!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Tammy was very quick in getting back to us with any questions we had and everything was what we had hoped for. The pool and the outdoor entertaining area was very relaxing and my wife and I enjoyed the pool and outdoor area nightly. This was a perfect place to stay to unwind and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in style!

We found Sweet Ts very clean, quiet, and spacious. The on-line photos didn't do it justice. All essentials such as soaps, shampoo, tissues, dishwasher soap, etc. were there. The Rotunda is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We brought bikes and went bike riding often. Really enjoyed the pool which was very clean and pleasent. Tammy was promptly responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.

We had the PRIVILEGE of staying at the SWEET-T villa for the 1st three months of 2025. The property and location are incredible. The host / owner was an absolute joy to deal with. Never waited more than 30 minutes for a response to any question. Highly recommend the property! We already have the first 3 months of 2026 booked. ABSOLUTELY recommend the property - best VRBO rental we have ever booked.

Steve went pickle ball playing, every available day. Jean enjoyed the books and backyard.

Our family had such a great time staying at Sweet T Villa! We were able to go to Siesta Key Beach (the local beaches are still closed) and do a kayak tour as well. The pool was fabulous. We spent a lot of time swimming and hanging out around the pool.

Sweet T Villa was a pleasure to stay at. The house and amenities were perfect for our yearly golf trip. The house was beautiful and there were five golf courses to play within a few minute's drive. We arrived only a week after Hurricane Milton, but our trip was enjoyable. The area had very little damage. The owner, Tammy, kept me updated daily about power restoration, restaurant, and grocery store openings before we arrived. Additionally, I have family in the Rotonda West area and was able to connect with them as well which made the trip even better. I would highly recommend Sweet T Villa, thank you Tammye for all your professionalism and assistance.

Unfortunately we did not have the best of weather during our stay, first with a tropical storm and then a hurricane. Tammy, the home owner, was really supportive and contacted us to make us aware of the coming storms and offered her help and support, doing all that she could during our stay. We have been holidaying in the Rotonda area for approx 14 years and Tammy's villa is one of the best we have ever had. Her villa had everything we could need and more, super clean and comfortable, with a great pool and view over the lake. The villa is only a short drive from the beach, with restaurants and supermarkets in easy reach. We cannot control the weather but we would definitely return to Tammy's villa and recommend it to anyone as a super place to stay. Thank you Tammy.

We were really looking forward to our vacation at Sweet T Villa. When we arrived, the first thing everyone said was “wow”. The villa is at least as beautiful in real life as in the photos. Everything has been lovingly decorated and maintained. During our vacation we had a small hurricane (Debbie), which was a new experience for us. Tammy informed us before we understood it, gave us tips and was always in contact with us. In general, it felt like she was always close by as she responded very quickly to our requests. We already knew the Rotonda West area very well and so it felt like “coming home”. The area is very quiet, so perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Property was great. Actually better than the pictures in the ad. Knew the location from previous holidays in the area so knew proximity to Boca and Englewood beaches was good. Short drive to Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda. View at the rear of the property was very impressive, plenty of wildlife including birds and a gator, which are common in the waterways around Rotonda. Pool area and accessories were great. Kitchen was well stocked - everythjng you would ever need. Bathrooms were well equipped and high spec and very clean. Primary / master suite was very impressive. All furniture in the living area was top notch. Very nice. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Extended family were staying in another rental nearby and ours was much nicer.

We had realy a great time. The house is just awesome. Tammy is very responsive, quick answers to all our questions. Can definitly recommend this place.
