Stayed Mar 15, 2024The house on the outside looks like it’s abandoned. A Shawty paint job and lots of weeds everywhere. But thankfully, the inside is nicely remodeled. The backyard also needs some love. There are weeds everywhere. Broken umbrellas, broken cornhole boards, and a pool sweep that doesn’t even work making the quality of the water not great. I just feel like when you’re renting a property out that looks like this , you’re aware of the condition. Some of the weeds in the back are 5ft tall. The cons are location and the inside being nice.

Stayed Nov 20, 2023This home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed taking evening walks with our dogs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Wish this home had some curtains in the living and dining area for privacy in the evenings. My husband and I work remote and unfortunately this home does not have a workspace. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job cleaning up for the next guests, just a few minor things. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. We really enjoyed spending time in the outdoor living space and in the pool. It would be nice to have ceiling fans on the back patio.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023My husband, two sons and I flew out from Colorado to see a few Spring Training games. We decided to try our hand at a vrbo this time around. This property was the perfect choice. Home is impeccable as far as cleanliness. Full amenities provided. Decor was new, minimalistic and clean as well as comfortable. Location was close to restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. Will definitely reserve this property next visit!! Beds, bedding and pillows were top notch!

Stayed Feb 16, 2023The house is very nice and exactly as pictured/described in the listing. It is centrally located close to downtown Phoenix and Tempe/Mesa as well as Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen is well stocked with brand-new, high-quality items. Nice new outdoor grill and grilling tool set. We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating available. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Nice linens and bath towels. Plenty of pool towels. Note: The check-in instructions say that the pool vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. The property management company was good to work with and helpful. We came to AZ to work remotely, hike and dine. Internet connectivity was very good - we didn't have any problems. We found that the best hiking and a lot of very good restaurants were in North Scottsdale however, so we spent a lot of time driving north and would have been better staying there rather than South Scottsdale (we were not familiar with the Scottsdale area prior to this trip). The neighborhood for this rental is nondescript consisting of modest ranches from the 1950's and 1960's. If you are looking for a South Scottsdale rental, this home is a very good option.
