Sweet Mystic Retreat

House was way more than photos show and would highly recommend. Comfortable living areas, great master bedroom and the downstairs is an awesome second living/sleeping area. Having use of the garage during the snow was a great plus!

Very pretty house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice and cosy to hang out in. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked well for the 5 of us. We hung out in the seating area in the backyard. The house was very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Easy walk to downtown area. Short drive to other attractions.

The house is really beautiful- perfect for our group of 2 families of 4 with little kids. It’s spacious and clean with all new bathrooms and a very nice kitchen. We especially enjoyed the backyard with a hammock and pergola- great for unwinding at the end of the day and stargazing at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Mystic house as my niece liked to call it. With 5 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and had most everything we needed. Loved the front porch and backyard. The location is excellent, walk-able to downtown Mystic, the seaport, etc if you wish to avoid the hassle of finding parking. So many excellent restaurants here too. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We found the property an ideal place to stay with our friends from different parts of the country. The property was beautiful and well equipped. The host addressed a few questions I had promptly. A great location for our stay in mystic and the sights we wanted to experience. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Mystic area.

I've been getting a VRBO yearly for 17 years. This was one of the best equipped and supplied rentals we've ever stayed at. It was very clean and tidy like a brand-new home. The hosts were easy to communicate with and any info we needed was provided in a binder. It was a great location with many attractions within walking distance. It has plenty of off-street parking and a nice back yard to spend the evening.

Well appointed, very clean home. We brought a lot of stuff with us and found we needed nothing. Very accommodating hosts as well. Excellent location.

We had a great stay at this house! It was beautiful, well maintained, and so much provided! Walking distance or a quick ride to all the attractions. Definitely recommend!

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests.My family enjoyed our holiday vacation in the house. The location of the house was great.My only complaint is that there was a lot of black (cat?) hair in the living area. We had small crawling children and the hair was a concern.

We stayed at the house while visiting our son who attends the United States Coast Guard Academy. Our group included a 79-year-old and a 14-year-old and everyone in between. House was perfect! We were able to entertain some of his friends one evening very comfortably. We hope to be back!

Great house and fantastic location.

The house was very nice. Close enough to walk down town. Plenty of room for our family 3 couples and 2 kids. Only issue was there was a strange smell. Kind of a skunky smell. My husband couldn’t smell it my daughter thought it was a musty smell.

Property was well represented on line. Owners we extremely helpful and prompt in assisting with our requests. A great location and easy access to the town of Mystic, we shall return.

We had an amazing time we had in this gorgeous well cared for home! My husband and our adult kids with their significant others were so impressed, and had such a fabulous time! So much room for everyone! The hosts of this home were incredibly accommodating and extremely responsive to all inquiries! I highly recommend this home!!

This is a very lovely home within walking distance to oml Mystic. It was just the spot we needed to bond.

The house was clean and beautiful with everything we could need for our trip. It is very close to downtown and all activities. Very quiet area. We had a lovely time.

This house is amazing! Everything about it was perfect. It is beautiful & exceptionally maintained. The great room, with the kitchen, dining room & living room all in the same space made being together easy. We were a party of 8 staying at the house and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything from towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen items. It came with 3 different types of coffee makers to satisfy all coffee drinkers! The location was literally an 8 minute, leisurely walk to the heart of Mystic. Mystic itself is a fantastic town with exceptional food & shopping. And the team who manages the property could not have been more responsive. A message to them on the VRBO app was returned within minutes. If we ever make it back to Mystic, which we really hope to do, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you for providing us with a home base for our wedding weekend.
