Very comfortable well appointed 750 sq ft home with heat and AC. Has 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and a half bath. Full bath with tub/shower on 1st floor. Great outdoor shower as well. Modern kitchen with everything you would need, charcoal grill on the patio. Owners live on the property but guests have complete privacy. The house is in excellent condition. It is 1 mile walk to the center of town, an easy bike to bike paths and on the bus route.

Stayed May 29, 2026About a 15 minute walk from town center. About 10 minutes walk to a couple different bus stops that will take you all over the island. Appreciated having a fridge and kitchen as one evening we decided to go get some fresh seafood from Menemsha and bring back to the cottage to cook dinner. Also appreciated having a washer/dryer available to use. There are beach towels and beach chairs available as well. Easy communication with Susan before, during, and after.

Stayed May 9, 2025This property, is tucked away & and is surrounded on all sides by shrubs, trees and flowers. The cabin itself is open concept, bright, airy, a playful & a well executed chic farmhouse style. Our host Susan could not have been more inviting gracious and lovely.
