Location was perfect for trip to JMU

The house was very clean, furniture comfortable and perfect for our visit to the area

This property was perfect for our family of four. We had easy access to JMU and downtown, and at the end of the day we had a comfortable place to come home to.

We attended my daughter’s graduation from EMU and also had four adult children come as well. This property was perfect! It was very comfortable and clean and was a great place for our family to gather. Highly recommend!

Our family of four gathered for a weekend together. My daughter, a sophomore at JMU and her sister visiting from DC loved that they each had a bedroom to themselves. All the beds were comfy, the property was very clean, and we appreciated having ample space when our daughter’s friends came over to visit. We also loved that our sweet dog could come with us on the trip.We’d highly recommend this property for family gatherings!

This home was perfect for our weekend trip. Convenient to downtown & JMU. Very clean, beds were comfortable & lots of towels provided. Kitchen is very nice & well equipped. Highly recommend!

This property was a great choice for us! We wanted to be in town and the layout of the house was good. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We needed a place to stay with our dogs while visiting family for the holidays. Jessica’s place was convenient and full of simple, welcome comfort—cozy throws, coffee fixings, and even some charming Christmas decorations. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Very clean property, beds very comfortable, owner very responsive to questions and suggestions. Parking is tight and 2 spots are in front of the unit. If you have any mobility issues this unit would be difficult to access as the parking is lower than ground level and then steps onto porch and then split level entry. It worked fine for us but would not be for everyone. Keurig always a positive for us as we drink both regular and decaf. It is located in an area of other duplexes and several apartments and townhomes but it was very quiet. I was there most of the day with the windows open and heard very little noise and quiet at night to sleep. We would definitely book this property in the future if it is available.

Sweet Home was spacious, clean, and a perfect place to land for a week while in town for work.

The property was accurately advertised. It fit all of our needs well when our family went to visit our JMU Duke. The owner was very responsive and replied to questions quickly. The main reason we chose this house and would return is that we were able to bring our large dog. Many other places that say pet-friendly are not actually pet-friendly for large dogs. We loved being able to bring him with us!

My teenager and I had a great weekend stay here while visiting JMU. The house was in a good location near to JMU. There was a park across from the neighborhood which was nice for walking our dogs. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and looks to be recently updated. Was perfect for driving to Shenandoah during the day and taking a quick Uber into town at night.

3 bedrooms is what my family needs as a family of 5 . Location worked out well for our visit to JMU . Very spacious
