Stayed Jun 10, 2023This house worked well to meet up with friends and their family. Multiple bedrooms to accommodate kids, teenagers, and giving the parents their own space and privacy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house has lots of potential, but definitely did not meet our expectations. It was a true disappointment upon arrival. On check in day we arrived to home that was not throughly cleaned or maintained both inside and out. The exterior had lots of tree debris and mildew in the multiple patio areas, making them unusable. Along with insect infestations making it uncomfortable to be outside. There was trash under most beds and furniture (old diaper in night stand drawer) and appeared to have only been briefly cleaned. There were broken glass items that were dangerous - glass top dining table and lamp. There were illegal gummy’s in the freezer, that thankfully our kids did not find. While village reality was willing to accommodate cleaning the exterior and interior of the home, we did not want to take any more time out of our vacation to trouble shoot the issues or be present for the process. With a proper cleaning and update of wear and tear, the home could be a fantastic rental.
