This premier vacation property boasts over 7,000 square feet of under the roof area with 9 well-appointed bedrooms, 10 full baths and 2 partial baths. Graced with gathering spaces on each floor, it's never difficult to find either a group activity or a bit of solitude. The exterior entertainment plaza is a whirlwind of pleasure and excitement. Don't forget about the elevator there for added convenience!

A covered tiki bar promises afternoons and evenings of laughter and fun. The 16 x 37 custom heated pool will provide hours of relaxation for every member of your group. The 8-person hot tub will simply melt all your cares away. Gone fishin' Cook it up in the grill area. Finally, the oceanfront boardwalk leads to a deck overlooking the dunes and then to the fine sand beach and the hypnotic Atlantic.

Sweet Carolina is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Want added comfort Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
