Sweet 2 Bedroom Cottage 10 minutes from the beach

This is my 3rd Visit to this Property and it is an awesome place offering great Location with modern amenities such as a Hi-speed Internet, Central heating/Air-conditioning and a LG Flat Screen T.V. It feels more like a home than a rental. The Owner, Linda, is extremely nice and accommodating. She communicates very well and will go the extra mile to make sure that the Guests are comfortable. I highly recommend this Place.

Its a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

We loved staying here. This was the second time. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable which meant good night sleeps after hiking and walks on the beach.

TV not very good, and dryer took forever to dry, but everything else great.

This place worked well for our week. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. The futon in the living room serving as a couch was not very comfortable. We would have appreciated having a blender and a clean kitchen floor.

This is my second visit to Linda’s beautiful Cottage and I highly recommend this place. Brigitte, the property caretaker, was extremely nice and helpful at check-in. She is very knowledgable about the area and goes the extra mile to assist in every way. Linda, the Owner, is very Cordial and provides Outstanding Hospitality to all the Guests.

Very pleasant and quiet. I was able to work and visit with my son. Lunch on the patio was a treat. Lots of restaurants and stores near by making it a convenient location.

Bedroom receptacles worked intermittently. Need qualified electrician to look at system. Made do with extension cord.

If I could give this property and owner 100 stars I would. Linda was super responsive in messaging me and setting up the booking. And Brigitte the caretaker next door was an absolute doll and such a welcomed sight after a 15 hour travel day. The little cottage is precious and just what we needed. So much better than a hotel. Super safe 55+ neighborhood that’s adorable and quiet. Thanks again for letting us stay!

We were so happy we chose this cozy home over a hotel. Linda and Brigitte fill the place with all kinds of extras, including a full load of kitchen needs, laundry soap, beach chairs with an umbrella and an ample supply of nice beach & bath towels. Helpful Brigitte and her nice husband are next door if you need anything. The neighborhood is extra safe and good for brisk morning walks. It’s a welcoming neighborhood with friendly dogs to pet. No complaints on this choice!

We have stayed in several VRBO location across the US and we can honestly say that this one is the best one yet. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Everything from Check-in to departure was seamless. There wasn't a thing that was missing from this unit. It made you feel like you were truly at home. Communication between Linda, Brigitte and Chris were perfect. We had Several chats with Brigitte and Chris. The neighborhood was so quiet. Location was perfect for us. As always, clean, complete, and quiet! Bridgette has always been a great host and keeps this place immaculate. The only suggestion I have is to open the windows in between occupants, to keep the house aired out and fresh. Otherwise PERFECT,

The house was nice and clean, everything worked as expected.

This property suited my needs to a T. It’s a quiet over-55 community close enough to the beach and other areas of interest. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and the property manager resides next door. Linda is a wonderful host and quickly responds to queries. My evaluation is that this property is great.
