Stayed Aug 6, 2017We spent a lovely week together with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house compound and cottage was superb in every way. The setting on Pleasant Bay was just beautiful, and the in ground pool was enjoyed by all. This lovely home / cottage was equipped with everything needed and more. This property is just perfect for a large family vacation. We all had a wonderful time together and sad to see the week end so quickly. Our children and grandchildren would love to make this property a yearly vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Where do we begin! We wanted to select a place to gather our two daughters families where memories would linger for years. We needed to have accommodations for 12, be able to entertain all which ages ranged from 14 to 77. This property was spectacular! The view was incredible, the pool was the highlight for the kids, the expansive house provided ample privacy for everyone and the dining room allowed for great conversations during dinner. The home has been well maintain and had everything we needed plus more. Great location for shopping in Chatham, attending one of the baseball games, grocery stores plus we even did a golf scramble at the 9 hole golf course in town. We're from Maine, have rented properties all over the world and we would highly recommend this one.
