Very spacious home. As soon as you walk in you notice that its clean. Quiet area. Had a small issue but was quickly contacted by the host David. Will definitely be back!

Very lovely home , great host , had an issue with the keypad and not being able to gain access , called up David and he came immediately to fix the issue , very haply with our stay here !

Overall the stay was ok. The iron needs to be replaced because something has melted to it. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced because there is a huge stain covering majority of the mattress. Additionally the front door lock takes multiple tries to unlock and took multiple people to try to get the door to open. The rest of the rooms/bathrooms were decently clean.

Clean and convenient home for visiting Biscayne Bay.

Plenty of room, quiet and host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. We used the grill and the washer/dryer were wonderful to have as well.

The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, no problems at all. The A/C did a remarkable job keeping the house comfortable, we pretty much left it at 74 when we were here. Communication with our host was very good.

This is a very nice home, very well kept. The kitchen looks to be new. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to grocery and restaurants.We enjoyed our stay there.

David was a wonderful host, responsive to our needs and wants. We were close to where my son lives in Palmetto Bay. Proximity to the Everglades National Park and Big Cypress was a plus. Lots of good restaurants around. Neighborhood was quiet yet alive with Christmas lights and decorations. A really good stay.

This house is amazing and perfectly located in close proximity to the airport. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The host's response time to any question I had was immediate and very helpful.I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!

Property was as described. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of things. We visited Biscayne National Park, Everglades National Park, and Key West. My teens loved playing basketball. Perfect weather, too!

This property was exactly what my group and I needed while in town for a family wedding. David went above and beyond to accommodate us and we can’t recommend this place high enough.

The place was as advertised and communication with owner was excellent. Only complaints were no dish soap, light bulb out in master bathroom. Very clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location was perfect for exploring the Everglades and the Florida Keys. The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We visited several Everglades National Park locations, Biscayne National Park, and Dry Tortuga National Park all from this convenient location. It was clean, well laid out and the neighborhood was quite. Would stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this property for 5 days. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and safe! We were a short distance from many attractions, and restaurants! David was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend this property and stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely perfect stay for our family attending wedding at coconut grove, We had parents and in laws and sister and niece at this property, this part of families like the home comforts and never wanted to stay in hotels,I reached out to David multiple times about property and he always communicated back fast. I thank you David.We spent every evening with family, eating , playing dominoes,board games. And just laughing and joking. We had a great time.we used the grill New Year’s Eve and had a few drinks to wish in new year.Property is very clean and easily slept7, with space to mingle.Also 2 minutes from turnpike, and was easy 15-20 minutes to dolphin mall or dadeland mall.Neighborhood is very quiet day or night. We live in community of lakes by the bay and was ideal as only a 3 minute drive to this property.I highly recommend this property and want to thank David again for a memorable stay for older members of our family,who loved their time here Thanks so much

Great place close to tons of activities!!!

My family and I rented this property to explore Miami and visit some family. The house had plenty of beds and a great, private patio that was a nice addition. The stay includes multiple tvs, laundry facilities, cold AC (critical for hot Miami summers), and a kitchen with basics to help you make the most of your stay. Probably my only feedback was that the master bedroom mattress could be a bit more confortable but overall we had a great stay. In addition to all this David the host was very responsive and available for any questions. We would stay again.
