Stayed Jan 1, 2025We stayed for two months and found the home to be just what we needed for a relaxing getaway from the Minnesota cold! Really enjoyed the heated pool and nearby biking trail. We felt at home with everything we needed, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Lynn was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Great house in close proximity to several beaches. Of course, Boca Grande is our absolute favorite. The pool/patio are was fabulous and we loved having a fenced yard for our pup. However, the grass looked as if it hadn’t been cut in a while. Thankfully, there was a mower in the garage and my husband didn’t mind mowing so our girl could find her tennis ball when playing fetch! The home itself was clean and well-appointed. Lynn was a gracious host and even messaged to make sure we hadn’t left an item that the cleaning crew found after our departure. I Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We loved our stay at this house. We have rented three houses in the last year in Rotonda. This has been the best! House was homey, and pool was awesome with the sunning ledge. We also enjoyed watching the golfers and the wildlife. We would definitely book this house again.
