Description

If you’re looking for your own piece of paradise in the heart of Marco Island, then this 2,500 square foot waterfront home is the one for you. It sleeps eight, with two king beds, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

Beginning your day on the lanai that faces Southwest, prepare to be captivated by the private paradise that’s in front of you. You’re already surrounded by the water, but the experience is even more enjoyable while you’re splashing in the heated saltwater pool or basking in the sun in the spa or on the loungers. Getting hungry Well, with the provided outdoor gas grill, a poolside barbeque for the entire family is the perfect meal. And there’s no better way to close out a day in the tropics than watching the sky turn a brilliant orange during a spectacular sunset on the private dock.

After your luxuriating time outside, come inside where all of the comforts of the tropics follow you. The interior theme is actually referred to as tropical modernity, as it incorporates decorative touches from both the paradise that surrounds it and contemporary styles. Sand-inspired tile floors, pure white walls, cozy furnishings, and seaside décor are brightened by the natural sunlight coming through the towering windows. Sit back on the enormous sectional couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, the entirety of the living area opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both the interior and exterior at the same time.

The open contemporary kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite island countertop and comes with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve an indoor family dinner or a seaside snack on the lanai.

When it’s finally time to drift away, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and draw space, as well as wall-mounted televisions. The master bedroom, in particular, features private access to the lanai and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and relaxing bathtub.

For your convenience, the property offers air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and a garage wheelchair lift, as it is a fully accessible property. You’ve even got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. If you need to do any shopping, you’re only a short walk from the Marco Town Center Mall, filled with chic boutiques, plenty of dining options, grocery store, pharmacy, and even weekly concerts at the gazebo.

So, come experience all that this private oasis has to offer; we’re sure that your heart will become one with that of Marco Island’s.

Please be advised that some properties may have exterior surveillance cameras for safety and security purposes. These cameras might operate during your stay. Additionally, some properties may have noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels without recording audio, and these could also be active.

This house was amazing. I have never seen such attention to detail. Everything was labeled which saved so much time everytime we had to look for something from the fully stocked kitchen! The house was pristine which is very very important to me because i very much dislike walking into a rental home and finding something dirty or not cleaned properly. The property managers were wonderfully nice when I went to get the keys. Very friendly and immediately responsive when we had a very small issue when we got there. I don’t usually leave a review but I had to with this house because I was so very pleased with everything about it. Thanks for a great week!!
