Have a classic Gulf Coast getaway at this upscale, 3-bed, 2-bath Surfside beach house with room for 10. Two sprawling decks, Gulf views, and beach access just outside your door (less than a one-minute stroll.) You and your family will be on “vacation time” in no time!

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a one-minute walk from the beach,this spacious, well-equipped home is close to Surfside’s many family-friendly attractions.

We also have five other identical properties (including across the street!) if you need more space, or if this one is reserved.

AN IDEAL HOMEBASE

The living room is THE place to relax after a long day in the sun, with a big sectional couch, a 55” 4K Smart TV with Amazon Fire and Netflix, and a Nest thermostat for ideal temps.

But no need to fight over what to watch! With high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV in every room—including all three bedrooms—everyone can watch what they want.

Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. Enjoy meals at a dining table for 6, with room for 2 more at the kitchen island.

With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water. (Surfside’s unfiltered water has high mineral content… you can taste the difference!)

3 BEDROOMS / 3 BATHS

On the main floor you will find the primary bedroom (great for the grandparents or other guests of honor!) with a memory foam king-size bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The first has a memory foam king bed + twin bunks (sleeps 4) and the second has a queen bed + twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4).

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill with a smoker for homemade Texas BBQ, and a grassy lawn the kids and doggos can play in (well-behaved pets welcome with a $100 pet fee). Catch a sunset from a lounge chair on of the two big balcony decks.

A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light. And don’t worry about packing beach towels and toys, they’ll be provided, along with folding beach chairs.

There’s a reason this home’s owners have come to Surfside for over 20 years! Fish off the Surfside Jetties, collect seashell treasures, explore the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, or stroll the four miles of unspoiled shoreline – all just minutes from your doorstep.

Check out the crabbing pier at Stahlman Park, a 7-minute walk from the house, and grab a bite and a cocktail at one of the eight delicious eateries nearby.

Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old. Absolutely no large parties.
