Surfside Beachfront Paradise

The Britt Family was super helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed the Surfside Beachfront Paradise and will return. The elevator had plenty of room for one of us parents to escort our son up the elevator in his wheelchair. The elevator travels to all three floors and each floor has restrooms and bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. As a parent of a child with a disability this places ticked all the boxes. Luxury, beachfront access, elevator and wheelchair accessable. Huge thanks to the Britt Family for sharing such a gem with us! It's too bad I can't leave more stars on this review because I would for sure.

Great hosts! Great location!! We had a great time staying at Surfside with our group. The house easily housed everyone; one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen. Hosts were very responsive - even checked in during our stay. Can't beat the location - right on the beach!

Beautiful house with everything you need and more!! We do Thanksgiving at Surfside every year and everyone said this is their favorite house! My grandkids loved the game room and our teens loved the hot tub! Excellent house for Thanksgiving - it has a very large dining room table which was awesome and has an extra fridge!! Our large family was very comfortable and the hosts were amazing and took great care of us!

House is perfect for a family vacation. The hosts are super responsive. Kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of linens for everyone.

The house was awesome for our group of nine and we really enjoyed the view from the porch. Four in our group cannot climb stairs which is the primary reason we rented the property. The elevator was finicky at times but we always got it going and it was an absolute lifesaver. The only other issue and it’s city wide that should be disclosed is the water. It smells horrible but there is a filtered faucet beside the main faucet on the kitchen sink and the refrigerator is filtered too. Access to the beach is easy using a golf cart or the private walkway.

Such a great house and location!! The owners are very responsive and have a great welcome letter website that explains all the features of the house and area. Check in was a breeze . Sent instructions and codes right on time with clear instructions on how it works. It is very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has all the tools you need to make complete meals to keep the crew happy. The appliances all worked!! Super big table to serve everyone and a great functional design for the kitchen .We loved the elevator! The kids were super excited with the games and game room. So much fun when you need a time out from the beach or a rain cloud rolls in.All the beds were comfortable. Linens ,towels and pillows very clean and quality. The overall design of the house handled our 10 people very well!The beach area is perfect and is well maintained area. We loved it all. We enjoyed the golf cart as an added bonus. So much thought and care put into every room and space for the visitors to have a great experience. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach home !! We will be back!

Perfect beachfront location for multiple or larger families. Access to the beach was outstanding since we had young grandchildren who needed breaks from the beach. The outside SPA was a hit with the littles. Lots of seating on covered balcony made for some great family time when not on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had the time of our lives. The house, location and it's hosts deserve 10 stars. It's so beautiful inside and out. It was hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. And the Britt family were very nice and helpful. They even reached out our first morning asking how our first night went. Our family are so thankful to the Britt family!

This house is exactlly what you see and more. First the host is responsive and easy to contact. This house works well for an older person or disabled person. The elevator aas a life savor. The inside of the house has a beautiful kitchen very well stocked, great dinning table,great game room with tons of fun games if you need a beach break. Yes they suppy utcall. Beach towels included. We will be renting from this family againhas
