I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was as expected based on the photos. It was clean and a close walk to the beach. The booking fees are very high. We had to clean up and be out by 10am. Which is a bit early. Parking was not a problem because they said parking on the grass is ok. Customer service was pleasant and check in was easy. Overall we had a nice stay in a peaceful neighborhood.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I LOVED the rental it was so convenient only about a 2/3 minute walk from the beach I have 5 children and 2 grandkids and it was the perfect location for all my older kids hit the night club while my teenagers went bowling while i took the smaller children for ice cream the house was so cute everything was included down to pots and pans my only complaint was nobody told me the grill was broken and I had purchased a gas tank and several other things bit other than that It was definetly a nice stay and I will plan to stay again

The cabinets were painted an ugly orange and brown and could use replacing. No pool. No hot tub. Three blocks from the Surfside Beach pier was nice.

Not very far off the beach and many stores and restaurants around. Situatrd in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend Benjamin's bakery as well for coffee and bagels.
