Surfer's View - New Custom Built Ocean Front Home with Ocean View Hot Tub

The house is wonderful and was perfect for our family beach trip. The house was clean and the views are spectacular! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was accessible from a park just down the street. We didn't have any problems while we were there. The host communicated clearly what we needed to enter the house in a very timely manner. We will come back again!

This property was amazing for the views and location. We truly enjoyed our time. If you are staying at this property, if you go the very end of Roads end beach during negative or very low tide, you can see Starfish, anemones and sea urchins on the rocks that are typically covered by water. The tide does come back in fairly quickly so you must be mindful but this was one of our trip highlights for sure. View is spectacular and very peaceful. My only suggestions for improving the guest stay would be 5 items. 1. Better pillows as the pillows on site are very thin and lumpy, they really should be replaced. 2. Replace or repair the bottom rack of the dishwasher as the wheels have fallen off and it makes it very hard to pull in and out. 3. Replace back right side burner on the stove, it only emits one small flame. 4. Have a larger trash can. 5. Have storage containers with lids available to store food. Again, we truly enjoyed the property and these were minor but noticeable irritants that are not expected for a nicer property such as this.

The view was incredible! Plenty of beds for our group! We loved the master suite on the main floor because of the windows and view.

The wall of windows on the upper level provided a beautiful view of the beach! It was an open floor plan with lots of seating. We also enjoyed the hot tub, games and puzzles. The convenient location is only a short walk to the beach. We were pleased by the quality of the local restaurants & shops. We also enjoyed whale watching!

We spent a 4 day weekend here and it was a great location with only a short walk to the beach access. Gorgeous view of the ocean and plenty of room for all of us to spread out.Would definitely stay again!

This bluff side cottage is so quaint and cozy. Good internet for work, right near the beach and shopping. Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The only thing it is missing is an overstuffed sectional on the upper level so you can kick your feet up and enjoy the views. Just lovely. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a great property. My mom had knee surgery, not too long ago, so the walk down to the beach. We ended up having to take the car down to the parking lot for her..

We came for New Years had s beautiful trip. Needed some bigger pans. Wish the ice maker worked and the barbecue was upstairs by the kitchen. The property was gorgeous.

This house was beautiful and had the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean at any level of the home. Our favorite past time was whale watching from the third level of the home. It was amazing! We felt very comfortable staying in this home. It was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would definitely come back. :-)

Owner needs to supply some chairs for outside that aren’t broken.
