Stayed May 27, 2025Great, casual surf chalet...walk to the beach, a nice restaurant just around the corner. The third floor open porch with cover faced east so you caught the ocean breezes for happy hour. Nice getaway place!

Stayed Oct 29, 2025Came down to fish for a few days with some friends, house was perfect for 4 adults with each getting their own queen bed. Host was always quick to respond. Kitchen had everything we needed, great location, home was clean and everything worked great. Only things I would suggest would be an extra key in the lock box, maybe some lights under the house and on the stairs outside to go up, and trimming the 2 trees entering the drive way, a few limbs caught the rods a few times backing out in the dark.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had an amazing stay. Everything was exactly like the pictures except there was a larger table for dining. I thought everything was wonderful. The town of Avon was fantastic. The beach was a short walk. My children all enjoyed kayaking in the provided kayaks. I have stayed in many rentals and I have never had such a well stocked kitchen. You will not need to bring anything with you for cooking. The host was very communicative and gave me extra details on local places to eat. We would love to come back and stay again. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the surf chalet. The location could not have been better, with a short walk to the gorgeous beach in Avon. The space was perfect for our family of five, with four rooms and four queen beds. Daniel was quick to respond to any messages. We are delighted that we chose this location, far from the busy streets in the north. It was so relaxing!
