Stayed Nov 26, 2025Really nice place and much larger than anticipated. We pretty much just slept here but the kitchen was large and well equipped and all the beds were comfy. Host was very welcoming and we had no issues. We visit Dunedin often and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Perfect spot. Could not have been more perfect. The house was wonderful and very spacious. We had 2 seniors with us and still it was a 5 minute walk to baseball, a 5 minute walk to the marina and 2 minutes to Main Street. Cant say enough positives!

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Perfect location to enjoy all that Downtown Dunedin has to offer. We were in Dunedin to attend a wedding. We were able to walk to all the activities associated with the wedding. I would definitely stay here again. The house had plenty of room for all four of us with the three large bedrooms. It is a very interesting home as well with all the history displayed in it. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet for being one block away from downtown.
