Stayed Apr 16, 2026The place is just as described. It’s a very lovely coming very charming 1920s house in downtown Dunedin. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful time. We definitely stay again

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Really nice place and much larger than anticipated. We pretty much just slept here but the kitchen was large and well equipped and all the beds were comfy. Host was very welcoming and we had no issues. We visit Dunedin often and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Perfect spot. Could not have been more perfect. The house was wonderful and very spacious. We had 2 seniors with us and still it was a 5 minute walk to baseball, a 5 minute walk to the marina and 2 minutes to Main Street. Cant say enough positives!
