Superb House by SeaWorld with Private POOL & Game Room

Easy check in, we had a great stay, exactly what we needed, amenities were great, very clean sheets and towels, no issues during our stay.

Very good stay no problem with anything just a little trouble with the ac other than that very good housing

Cons *Dirty, needs a good deep clean. *Doesnt appear many improvements have been done since initial remodel, meaning things were worn down. Outdoor furniture faded, decor was broken. *paint needs redone, lots of stains and water spots. (Initial paint job was awful, sloppy) *refrigerator door ahelving missing, garage airconditoner leaks, blinds broken, coffee pot didnt work (host did quickly replace). Pool gate didnt latch, pool shade was just hanging. *pool filter was leaking flooding out the cornhole area, but wouldnt of played that anyways as the red set inly has 3 bags and the setup isnt the appropriate distance apart. *lacked bakeware, cooking accesories. *outdoor area was very unkept, weeds, trash, large tree branches piled up. The poor fence was hanging on by a thread. *the shower would leak out on to the floor in the master, this has caused the wall to crumble near the shower. *trash cans alone the garage where overflowing PROS Convient location Game room was enjoyable even if the arcade game on partially functioned. The host was contaacted he offered to have maintenance come out, but there was so much work to be done I declined (I didnt want maintenance there my whole visit). He additionally offered pizza, which was a nice gesture. This property has potential but it simply is not maintained and not cared for well. A deep clean and a nice professional paint job would be helpful. No signs of bugs other than the fruit fly traps Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay. The house had plenty to keep us entertained. The pool table was a big hit! The house was decorated nice and was comfortable.

This house was a great space for what we needed. It was just not what we expected and several things are borderline deceiving in the ad. We rented a house so we could utilize the kitchen and game area. Something a hotel would not have offered. The kitchen had hardly anything to cook with. No casserole dishes, measuring cups, just basic cooking items. This was just very different from other houses we have rented. I don't think this is all the owners issue as I assume renters have been hard on things and maybe take stuff with them. We had to buy paper towels and salt and pepper etc. Just basic things you would expect to see. In their defense they did come several hours after check in with TP and paper towels but we didn't know to expect it so we had already went to the store. Our big things we wanted in the home were not what we were able to enjoy. There is no dart board. There was no fire pit. The 2nd day we were there they did deliver one and my dad helped unload and get it working for the property manager. As soon as we set down to enjoy it the yard people came and mowed the yard during the one day we were there between 10 and 3 so that was frustrating. Two king beds are shown but there is only one. We couldn't get the master bathroom outlet to work or the one in bedroom either. I was going to take a bath but no drain plug. We tried to play foosball but the game is missing pieces so some of the poles just slide right out. I feel like at one point this was a super nice property but it hasn't been upkept. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was nice. They had products in both showers available. Location was easy to find but the neighborhood was sketchy. I would rent it again for much less money but not for the listing price. Now I know what to expect. There is a washer and dryer which is super convenient.

Great house to spend some time with family

Enjoyed our experience here. The pool and game room were great for company. Plenty of sleeping space. Good proximity to activities in the area. The neighborhood isn't quite as nice as the house, but isn't bad. I would have liked for the one night stay to be a little cheaper, however it is very spacious and has two bathrooms which was a bit plus.

The property was exactly as stated. The neighborhood was a little sketch but the house itself was great, except for a missing shower curtain so we just had to clean up water off the floor after each shower. The kitchen could use more, such as hand towels and a decent dishwasher but the home itself worked for what we needed. The game room was the hit of the weekend and perfect for the entire family to hang out and enjoy. The owner was available with any issue that came about, such as no internet. It's close to base and perfect for BMT graduation!
