Description

Superb architect-designed house of 180 m2 with air conditioning (except two bedrooms to the north) 30m from Bordeaux (Barrière St Genés), small heated swimming pool (5 * 3) 2 large walk-in showers, Balneotherapy bath and 5 bedrooms. Close to Bordeaux, we have a tram station right next to the house, all shops nearby and all road access very easy. Our house is a townhouse in Talence near the St Genes barrier of Bordeaux just next to Tramway B which leads in less than 8 minutes tothe center of Bordeaux. We are very close to access to the Bordeaux vineyards and 40 minutes from the Arcachon basin, the Pyla dune, and 55 minutes from Cap Ferret. We have a very nice patio (not overlooked) with a heated swimming pool from May to the end of October (Depending on the weather, ask us for confirmation before booking) allowing you to relax when returning from visits to the center of Bordeaux or the region.
The house is 180 m2, consists of two large bedrooms (with large closet) for two couples (1 king-size 200x200 bed and a 160x200 bed) and three children's bedrooms (two with two 140 * 200 beds and a 90 * 190 bed). We have two bathrooms with two large walk-in showers and a spa bath in the master bedroom. We have air conditioning in the house, which is very significant in summer, because it is very hot in Bordeaux. We provide our travelers with maps, guides and a complete personal guide with all the good things to visit, test, taste and / or not to do ... (homemade: =)) to help you during your stay. Our house is always IMPECCABLE and we can pass someone if necessary during your stay. We also offer sheets and towels for 80 euros more with beds made on arrival.
