Super, super location in heart of Lake Placid, walk to anything!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Great location for everything in town, and just a short drive to ski. Plenty of space for a big crew.

Our family of 6 adults and a 6 year old stayed at this house 3/6-3/9 2026. We skied at Whiteface. The house was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The home is so well done and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best weekend ever.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured and we had no issues with anything in the house. We stayed over the weekend with a big storm and -30 temps and the house was nice and warm all weekend. The driveway was not plowed when we arrived, but it was ployed the next day after we asked.

The house it’s at a great location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay, will rent again. The only downfall to our stay was the driveway, it was not plowed and than we had ice storm at night, the driveway was sheet of ice and we have had no salt to treat it. So maybe have couple bags of salt handy in case this happens again.

The house was beautiful inside and out! Easy walk to the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid! The host was quickly responsive to any questions we had! And very friendly! I’m already looking to book for next year!

The PERFECT spot for everything Lake Placid. Plenty of room, great appointments and amenities!

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at this house. We found it to be as depicted in the photos. The kitchen had everything that was need for our stay. Coffee pot and Keurig along with toaster oven are some of the appliances we found helpful. The gas fireplace was cozy and warm during our stay. The house is in the more populated area of town, but the area was very quiet. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved all the Adirondack decorations throughout the house. Lots of large windows to let in natural light and watch the snowfall! Had lower level area with small living room and 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. This was perfect for my son and daughter-in-law and 18 month grandson. He slept in a pack n play in the living room area and it worked great. We used the bedroom conveniently located off the kitchen. The main floor also had a comfortable living area and open floor plan. The 2nd floor had 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom- we did not need for this stay. Plenty of room for a larger group than ours. The entry / landing area is a little tight for 4 adults all taking off their winter gear at the same time, but it worked. Outdoor lighting and lots of lighting inside the house. We would stay here again.

Great location and accommodations for our family of 8 - loved the ability to spread out over 3 floors. Adirondack decor was immaculate, kitchen included all the necessary amenities and plenty of parking! It was a bit warm and the main split unit was not functional and the individual units experienced trouble for a few days. We had frequent contact with the owner and eventually fixed the individual units ourselves. A fully functional AC system would have made our review a 10/10.

We had a great time, and Ray was quick to respond. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful. We had 6 adults with plenty of room.

We came for Ironman weekend, the location was perfect and fit our needs with our young kids and family.

This property was clean, well-appointed, and a great location! It fit our entire family well and was walking distance from coffee, restaurants, the Olympic ice arena, mirror lake, and downtown Lake Placid. We have a great time in a beautiful home. We had a great stay at this home for a long weekend - it is comfortable, clean and a perfect location! The host was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely return!

We were all very comfortable in the house. Each family had their own floor which helped when it came time for the kids to go to bed. The large island fit us all. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Olympic Center, town and restaurants. Great family weekend!

We just needed a quiet place after the frenetic holiday period. It was perfect!

We stayed here with our family of four and two sets of grandparents. The accommodations were perfect for our party of eight, plus our dog. Loved the proximity to town and the walking trail around Mirror Lake. The home was clean, bright and inviting. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Our only complaints were that the water closets were a bit tight and a little difficult for our older guests to move around, and the flood lights from an adjacent property were shining into two of the bedrooms at night. We would definitely stay here again as our overall experience was great!

Little Bear Lodge was cozy and convenient. Appreciated the suite downstairs and proximity to many activities in the area for multiple ages. The kitchen was equipped with new appliances for food prep; island on the main floor conducive to group dinners. Lovely space!

Property was amazing. There were 8 women who stayed and everyone had ample space. Loved that it had two sets of laundry machines. Would highly recommend staying here and we definitely will on our next trip to Lake Placid.

The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was very neat and clean. Rooms were spacious, and I loved all the details (bear knobs, bear and moose light fixtures, switches, etc) Location was amazing! Walking distance to the shops around mirror lake. We spent a lot of time around the huge island sharing meals or playing cards. Would book again if I ever head up to Lake Placid again.

We stayed in this house for my son's wedding. There were 8 adults in total, allowing all of us to be very comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean. Since this was just built within the last few years, there's nothing tired about the property that you can find with so many homes. The design of the bathrooms on the top two floors is great with the shower/sink/mirror in one room, toilet in another and then a third with another sink and mirror. Let's multiple people utilize at the same time. The location is great, an easy walk to everything. The only thing worth mentioning is if you need outdoor space for kids, there isn't any yard to play in. There's a small deck with a grill, which was totally sufficient for us. If you need more than that, just something to keep in mind. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others coming to the area.

Property was clean and comfortable for 8 people. Location was very convenient.

Only downer was the weather but obviously unpredictable. We made the most of it and enjoyed the place!

This property was absolutely amazing! It had plenty of space for our little group. The living space was perfect for watching the olympics. We loved that they had in house washers and dryers.
