Stayed Nov 7, 2025The only issue was we thought the king size bed was the master and it is not. We were disappointed. Otherwise house was great. Location superb.

Bryce went above and beyond with a gift basket, bottled waters in the fridge, extra toiletries if needed were on hand, etc. The house was very clean and nicely appointed, and those extra touches made us feel right at home. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The home was very centrally located for our trip to Athens. Bryce was easy to work with and communicated clearly how check in and out were to go. We also had coffee pods and creamer in the fridge for which we were very grateful. I highly recommend this rental

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The house worked out great for our weekend in Athens. The neighborhood was so cute and the location was walkable to everywhere we had to go. We even walked back from the game on Saturday night. Had to communicate with the owner once and he was very nice and quick with a response. I would definitely look to stay here again.

Stayed May 12, 2022From check-in to check-out this was a great stay and a great place to stay. We typically stay in hotels downtown but the comfort, ease of access, and incredible location have changed our plans moving forward. This house has great living spaces for friends to sit, talk and interact along with very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Located a short walk from 5-Points, everything you need is just steps away or a short Uber to the downtown area. Additionally, the communication from the property manager is timely and all questions are answered respectfully even if it's not an answer you want (we asked about a pet but the property does not allow them - which is ok). We look forward to the Fall so we can visit our kids at stay here again.
