Super fun house with bikes, arcade games, & a BARn!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The house came well stocked with not only snacks , beverages , and s'more's! , but also had endless games and fun activities. We had a blast playing Ms. Pac-Man, Guitar Hero, and the shooting game. Located within walking distance of an incredible beer bar (kickbacks) and a great coffee shop (bold bean) and record store (tiger). Short Driving distance to riverside and five points which had great vintage stores and restaurants. House was also clean and beds comfortable. Host was available for questions other needs. 5/5 stars. Would stay again.

I've stayed at this property twice now, and because of the exceptional levels, of hospitality, detail, and care, it is the only place I want to stay when visiting Jacksonville.

Best host ever. Easy to communicate with. Hospitality top tier. Definitely recommend utilizing the bikes had a blast riding aroumd town. All the games from kids to grown up kids who just want to sit back have a few drinks and have no worries for a night. Definitely will be staying again. Thanks again guys!

We love this house. It has everything you need and for kids tons of things to do. It is also close enough to town to walk .

The host was super responsive, left us snacks and drinks, and soooo many ganes and things to do to entertain a family. You'll love it.

My husband and I stayed at the house while he was attending training nearby. The house was perfectly located so he could walk to the training and we could also go to lots of restaurants nearby. Within a few minutes drive are many parks and activities too. The house included lots of extras that the host provided to make our stay more enjoyable and responded quickly to any questions I asked. The house was nice and clean and bed were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Our favorite nearby restaurant was the european cafe and I also did some day trips to nearby forts, st. augustine, beaches, etc. I would definitely recommend this house for other families and/or couples. The house has a king and queen bedroom on one side of the house with the full bath between them and then the bedroom with the two twins is on the other side next to the kitchen, so if anyone wants to bring kids and have some separation - this would be ideal. There is a train track about a mile from the house so we occasionally heard the horn but it wasn't loud enough to cause issues.

The house is very cozy. We have stayed there before and each time gets better. The owners are helpful and friendly. The house is clean, and the frige has water and drinks.

Our sailboat race crew stayed here and it was great. Neighborhood nice and good restaurants nearby.

The property was clean and very well organized. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if ever back in the area.

We had a great time at the house and using the BARn and it was great to be in walking distance to fun places for food, drinks and short rides to downtown. Hosts were very helpful too!

The hosts truly think of everything with their rentals. This was our 2nd stay at the game house and has become our go to property.

The owners did an excellent job of anticipating needs and providing those to their guests. There was even a black makeup washcloth. My kids loved the games on the tv as well as the arcade games. There is a huge tv in each room as well. After our first dinner nearby winging it (and not being that great, I stuck to their suggestions. Their suggestions of places to eat and tings to do is very good. They were in touch as much as I reached out and always responsive to my questions. This will be my go to place to stay on future visits. THANKS!!!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay. My grandchildren enjoyed playing video, electronic and board games provided by the host. The amenities were exceptional. The house was clean and the neighborhood pleasant. The house is near restaurants and entertainment. Our plan is return here again with more family.
