Super fun home with bikes on the best street in Riverside!

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities.

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Jacksonville for work. From the comfortable home and the great host, this is always my go to second home!!

This was our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Adam, the host, is so professional, and accommodating. We love the ease of checking in and out. This house is located in such a great neighborhood. On Saturday we were able to walk to breakfast at The Cool Moose Cafe (highly recommend), then down to the Riverside Arts Market to check out local vendors and performers and then to lunch at Carolina Jax (also very good). This route in total was roughly 3 miles. My husband is not an avid walker like I am but he still enjoyed exploring and walking the neighborhood. This listing will remain one of our favorites.

I come to Jacksonville for business every few months and this home is my favorite. From the cleanliness to the comfy bedrooms to the little unique touches in the house, this is always my first on my VRBO list. The hosts Adam and Nikki are quick with responses and do everything to make your stay comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this little house! The property was very clean and quiet. The location is near so many great restaurants and makes hopping on the interstate a breeze. The house has a wide variety of amenities (k-cups, toiletries, cooking supplies, etc.) We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the Riverside area and were excited to stay in the center of it and be able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops while we were visiting. The location is close to all the best places. The house was one of the cleanest and best stocked places I've ever stayed, including hotels. Check in and check out were a breeze. The only issue is that the listing kept saying it was the Game House but it was actually the Little House so we got a little confused on that part.

Adam and Nikki truly care about their guest experience. They think of every detail, and I always look for one of their properties first when I travel to Jacksonville.

This little house did not disappoint. The host added nice little touches throughout the house: snacks, drinks (soda, wine and coffee), games to play, up to date magazines on the coffee table, super cute postcards with the house on the front to use, and toiletries. The check in process was a breeze. The location of this property was in a neighborhood that I felt safe enough to walk 4 miles in each morning. Highly recommend picking this house for your getaway. We will be back!

As an individual who travels to Jacksonville frequently for work, I usually stay at VRBO’s for the location near my Jax office and being in or close to Riverside. This was my first time staying at this location. I usually don’t write reviews but this home is worth taking time to give the review it deserves. Not only was this house the most comfortable and welcoming house I have ever stayed at, the owner Adam was a delight and was never out of touch for any questions. From the eclectic decor to the perfect sheets and mattresses, (I’m very picky about these two things), to the bottle of wine waiting for guests arrival, everything was perfect. It’s the first time I have felt completely at ease while traveling and the location was perfect to walk a few blocks to one of my favorite Jax restaurants, 13 Gypsy’s. I could keep going about how much I loved this place and now will try and book this every month when I’m back in Jacksonville. Thanks Adam?
