Super Clean all renovated home sleeps 10

We loved this house! Everything was clean and modern, it was fun to live in such a beautiful place for the week. Even with 9 of us we always felt like it was spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings and massive windows made the living room light and airy, there was plenty of room for everyone. It seems like it was newly renovated and very well taken-care of. The kitchen was gorgeous, the dining table was beautiful and seated everyone. I appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The deck was secluded and a great extension of the living area. The kids loved having bikes to ride! And of course it was awesome being so close to the beach!!! The owner was immediately available when we had a question and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Highly recommend this clean, nicely decorated summer house. The house is in a perfect location, just down the block from the beach. I'm a neat freak and was impressed with how well maintained the house was. There were plenty of chairs and bicycles for my family and the outdoor shower was an awesome feature, enjoyed by everyone! The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked perfectly and kept the house cool which was important since the week we stayed it was abnormally hot. The owners were very helpful with any questions I had and made the renting process so easy. Can't wait to go back. See you in 2017!

Highly recommend this super clean, nicely decorated summer house. The owners made the booking process very easy and answered all the questions I had right a way. The house is well maintained which was a huge priority for me because I tend to be very particular when renting. The location is PERFECT, what's better than having the beach down the road? There were plenty of beach chairs and bicycles for my family and the outdoor shower was an awesome feature ~ loved by everybody! The air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the house cool and comfortable which was important since the week we were on vacation it was abnormally warm. Looking forward to staying here again in 2017!

We loved staying in this house! There was lots of room for everyone, from the beautiful spacious living room with high ceilings and tons of light to the massive dining table, to the gorgeous private deck. It was nice to have room for everyone to hang out and be comfortable. It was easy to feel at home because they had everything we could want, I especially appreciated the nice new kitchen and washing machine. My kids loved that they had bikes to use whenever they wanted :) My friend was excited because she didn't need to lug a pack and play for her 9 month-old, they had one there already. The bedrooms were private and clean. I recommend!

This is a BEAUTIFUL vacation property!!!! It was exactly as described, even nicer!!!! The beach was close by and was one of the cleanest beaches I have ever visited. The house was in a great location with lots of activities to do within a few minutes walk. The amenities made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house was bright, airy, nicely decorated and very, very clean. I did not have to do anything upon arrival, just unpack our bags and have fun. The property owner was very friendly, helpful and professional who took excellent care of this property and provided superb customer service. I would highly recommend using this vacation property without reservations. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My family and I had the best vacation in this house! It was super clean, everything worked, and it was beautifully decorated. It's in a great location. Already set up to rent again next year! Would highly recommend!

This was the Perfect Beach house for my family. The home was bright and airy with tons of space. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The location was awesome - just a hop, skip and jump to the beach. And oh what a beach, large and clean. We walked along the shore collecting seashells and landed at a Sunken Forest. In the afternoon we road bikes through the Town of Ocean Bay Park and then Seaview and into Ocean Beach. We have decided that this will now be a new family tradition in this beach house. We are grateful for the wonderful memories that we have and can't wait for our yearly memories to be made. Thanks for such a perfect vacation.

The property was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. We had bicycles available to us and a wagon to help carry our stuff from the ferry. The deck is on the back end of the property so it provides some privacy. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. The beach and a deli are within a short walking distance. Everyone had a great time and we would love to stay there again.

Every year my family and I rent a house in ocean bay park or ocean beach. We have been doing this for over 25years now. We found 19 Cayuga 2 years ago and will not rent anywhere else again. My children currently range from 5 to 12 years in age and this place is prefect for the entire family. The location is not to far from the ferry and amenities and a perfect distance from the beach. The wagon that was provided at the ferry for us to use fits everything we bring. The house itself is maintained to the highest standards and has everything we needed to prepare meals, bbq, Bluetooth stereo and for the few times we wanted to stay in we found that the TV channels were plentiful and clear. Unlike some of the houses we rented in the past, this house has everything from silverware to adult and kids bikes and even a pack and play for our little nephew when he needed it. Everything seemed to recently updated whuch was obvious in the kitchen with the in draw lights and beautiful back splash. The house from what we can tell was completley redone from the floors to the deck and outdoor shower. The owner was able to answer our questions without hesitation. 19 cayuga is were we plan to spend our summer vacations from here on out. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a place in Ocean Beach or Ocean Bay Park to give this house a look.
