Step through the glass sliders and into your private resort-style backyard, where towering palm trees and breathtaking mountain views frame a sparkling pool and a variety of outdoor seating areas. Whether you're sipping coffee on a shaded patio, soaking up the sun on poolside loungers, or dining al fresco near the outdoor fire pit, every moment here feels like a getaway. The pool is surrounded by large umbrellas and cozy corners, and there's even a mosaic-tiled outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a swim. In the evenings, fire up the grill and enjoy dinner under the stars, then gather around the fire table with your favorite people as the desert sky glows with sunset colors.

Inside, the home is filled with personality. The primary suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and direct access to the pool deck. There's also garage access for one small to medium sized vehicle that includes an EV Charger for those with electric vehicles, and plenty of space to park outside on the driveway.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees.

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
