Sunshines Hideaway, Beachfront, Private Pool

Outside area was fantastic with direct beach access along with plenty of patio and deck space. The weather was not ideal, but it was January. The interior could use some fixing up, but it was nice to have separate units. It had plenty of space and cooking utensils. However, the other amenities are limited, and I would not recommend using the pool heat. It was warm when we arrived then got cooler each day of our stay. Overall, I would recommend the place with these comments in mind.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The whole place was very clean and it was a great location next to the beach. The heated pool was a plus. The general location made it close to walk to local eating spots and a park/nature preserve.

Plenty is space for privacy and for togetherness. The location is even better, incredible views of the ocean with a pool steps for the sand. Restaurants everywhere - walk or drive. And the section of beach feels almost private. This is our second time staying, and I am sure we will be back!

We could've safely stayed through our full rental and then left town safely before hurricane Helene. We were not allowed to make our own choice and had to rush evacuate far before the hurricane even arrived, more than 24 hours before beach sirens went off, and more than 24 hours before they closed any bridges, thankfully we had somewhere to go. Otherwise great! I would wish to have the luxury to make my own, fully experienced and educated choice next time, but we love this property and have enjoyed each stay!!! Would definitely rent thus property again! Communication is great with property management and nobissues other than much too early forced evacuation again!

The layout was exactly what we needed for a family vacation with our adult children. The pool and outdoor areas were great and being on the beach gave us every option we could possible have asked for. Several restaurants were within walking distance, including the family favorite ice cream store. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back!

There were 13 of us total, including seven children under ten-years-old. The house suited our families perfectly; proximity of the pool, patio area, beach, and ocean were awesome - the property is a destination itself. Lots of room inside and out, and surprisingly quiet/private. Would certainly return! Be prepared to bring some essentials like wash cloths, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, etc., but overall the house was quite well equipped, and was clean on our arrival. Dishwashers, laundry, BBQ, etc. all worked as they should. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids!

This was a small family reunion and accommodations suited us just fine. I thought there was one central area and five bedrooms adjacent but it turns out to be 3 separate units which turned out to work for us. Pool and beach and weather all cooperated and it was a week to remember. There are small cosmetic updates that need to be made and I am sure they will be done.
