Stayed Jan 29, 2026The house was perfect for our needs. Loved the style/design. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating areas. The management company was quick w responses when needed. Already looking at this place for next year. :)

Stayed Jan 21, 2026Had an amazing stay!! Absolutely loved this beautiful modern home! It was just as pictured. It was clean and stocked, we had everything we needed!! Traveled with family and our young daughter. There were a few games laid out for us which were a hit! Heated pool was perfect, we used it everyday! With request, we were able to adjust the pool to a warmer temperature without any issues. Very comfortable lounge chairs, seating and towels for relaxing around the pool! Great outdoor kitchen and grilling set up!! Location is perfect to stores, grocery stores and restaurants! Located on a canal with a tiki hut on the dock where we enjoyed our morning coffee! We saw 2 dolphins one morning swimming around us in the canal, it was so great!! Master bed was very comfortable! Kitchen was very organized, furnished with necessities and white dishes which I loved! Our host Isabella was wonderful and great to communicate with! We ended up needing to extend our stay one night and also requested a late check out. All communication was a breeze! We have stayed at several Vrbo’s in Cape Coral and really liked this house and property being managed by Roelens!! Will we definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!!
