Sunshine: Semi-oceanfront, private pool, hot tub, ocean view

The location of the house was wonderful. View of ocean was semi obstructed but still good. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Pool was wonderful but it could have used a mid week cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine. Pros-the kitchen was so well stocked with all kinds of cookware, bowls, plenty of utensils etc, comfortable seating in living room, beds were a great firmness (not too hard but good!) Cons-we were surprised to see dirty wet clothes on the chairs at the pool when we arrived (we just left them there?), the fan in the King bedroom works and then stops and works when it wants to-there is paper or something wedged in the switch to try to keep it held in the right place to make it work but that doesn’t work anymore. Other than these minor issues, we loved our stay and I would stay here again.

House was cleaning, provided enough space

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool is a major perk with younger children! The beach is a short walk away and the house is also walking distance to ice cream and other attractions. Two big outdoor showers and a hot tub also were really nice. We would recommend this house! The beds were really not uncomfortable despite what some of the other reviews noted.

Beds were advertised as having 2 kings and only one room had a king. The beds are pretty noisy too. There were a few cleaning issues. Made them aware. Great location. Hopefully they will correct the description and double check the cleaning. Overall a good property.

Beautiful home for a quiet vacation

Perfect spacing and rooms! Layout of the house works for having pirvacy along with the kitchen and living room opened for socializing. Great location. House was very clean and comfortable. Nice house! Fun fuse ball and pool table for middle school kid's age. Double sink in the kitchen was very helpful when more than one person in the kitchen. Wonderful memories!

Beds are terrible. Box springs make creaking noises just pushing with your hand… now imagine laying on them. We cut our vacation short due to lack of sleep.

This home is a great place to stay! If you are like me and don't read the location of the rooms, be prepared for the kitchen on the top floor. The rooms are nice and the kitchen, dining, living room is spacious. Remember to bring beach towels along if you plan to go to the beach at all. I wpuld recommend staying here.
