It's time to kick back, relax and enjoy this stylish space on the south side of Lake Havasu. Our adorable home has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. We are located on a quiet street with views of the surrounding mountains, while still being close to everything that Lake Havasu has to offer. Park your boat or RV in our 48' gated side parking. Enjoy full access to the two car garage, as well as a 48' driveway and an additional 48' non gated side parking. Room for all your toys!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all your baking and cooking needs! Electric stove, coffee pot, pots & pans, toaster and more!

Enjoy the Arizona Room with ample sunlight (or shade), mini split for air conditioning, sitting area and desk for a simple work area.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, the two-car garage, and the side parking area. The only exception is a few cupboards in the laundry room, which are reserved for the host.

HOUSE RULES & TERMS OF STAY
By booking this property, guests agree to comply with all house rules and local ordinances.
General House Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Please respect our neighbors and the residential nature of the community.
• Security cameras are installed at the exterior of the property for guest and property security. Tampering with cameras is prohibited and may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Dog Policy
•$50 per dog, per stay
•Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated
•Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
•Guests are expected to clean up after their pet throughout their stay. A $75 additional cleaning fee will be charged if pet waste is left in the yard after check-out.
