Sunshine Daydream | Renovated Gulf-Front Escape

This house was everything we could have asked for! We thought we would need to rent a golf cart, but it ended up being close enough to the beach that we could walk no problem. The pool was very well maintained! We loved the putting green. Lots of space inside, and super nice!

The house was beautiful and the location ideal. Minus a few palmetto bugs, we had no complaints. I definitely recommend this house

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the private beach access that connects to the public beach. Even our kids (ages 6, 10, and 12) had no trouble helping carry beach chairs and other gear down to the sand.The pool was clean and a great option for relaxing after the beach. We also found it easy to get to other areas along 30A from the property. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.We’d absolutely stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommend!

Overall great property. Clean, well stocked. Easy walk to beach, which was very family friendly and not crowded. Only downside was the inability to turn off the alarm on the back door to the pool. A great feature if you have small children, but a bit of a nuisance if not. Also would have been good to include the details of how to operate the alarm in the guidebook. Easy to figure out but a big scare the first time it went off.

Extremely clean. The private pool will now be a must for any beach destination.

We had the best time at Sunshine Daydream, the home was absolutely gorgeous, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for all 12 of us. Having private beach access was so amazing, and it was such a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The screened in porch was beautiful to enjoy our morning coffee and when it rained it sounded lovely on the metal roof. We cooked dinner and breakfast several times and we had everything we needed. They even had olive oil and several seasonings there, along with plenty of dishes. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house did not feel crowded, the layout is perfect for big families. We all enjoyed the pool, putting green and we even roasted s’mores in the fire pit. We honestly did not want to leave. It was a perfect family vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend trip at this lovely home. The space was spotless & clean. They were quick to respond to messages and texts throughout. Only piece of feedback is we wished there were more bath towels & beach towels. Other than that, absolutely perfect!

This house was fantastic in all aspects. Couldn't have been better, the place was presented to us in great shape being very clean and well-designed. The outdoor space was incredible with the pool and putting green being great little activities that added to the stay. Location was great with surrounding shops and restaurants making this an ideal spot for our vacation. Highly recommended.

Loved this property, managed extraordinarily well, our property manager Courtni was awesome and made our trip go very smoothly. Loved this area with great beach access. The place was clean and concise with an awesome backyard space with pool/putting green/fire pit. Would highly recommend for any 30A/Seacrest beach vacationers.

Super convenient location. Easy beach access. Only request would be to have pool towels.

Our first impression of the house was wow! Every bedroom had its own bathroom. We spent a lot of time in the pool and “wore out” the putting green!! We loved the neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly.

Excellent location in a great house with a pool. We had a terrific time. The house accommodated our family and cousins perfectly. Having the pool onsite is great for the kids and the walk to the beach is under 5 minutes. Great stay!
