Kia Ora and welcome to Sunshine Cottage. A charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stylish and modern cottage in the heart of Lake Taupo`s Bird Area. With the ability to sleep 6 guests, it is ideal for couples or families for a relaxing break.
A few minutes walk will see you at the lake edge, at the end of the street. A few more minutes will see you in the Taupo town.
Enjoy the well thought out dining/bbq area after a long day at the lake or adrenaline fueled activities.

Please note the monitor and keyboard will be removed for bookings.

At present the garage is not available for guest use.

A Great Lake Stays team member will be available throughout your stay.

* This property is intended for families to meet and enjoy. Whilst we are not against groups of adults having a relaxing and fun visit, we want to make it clear that parties and gatherings are not allowed.

* Maximum number of guests on the booking to stay at the property. If you would like extra guests to visit, for example nan and grandad, that reside in Taupo, for Christmas dinner just let us know.

* Please leave the bbq clean and tidy for the next guests.

* Please note that all bedroom and bathroom linen is included in the cleaning rate*
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
