The hot tub was great, clean, and the view from the hot tub was amazing.

The beds were hard and all had squeaky springs. We stayed 2 nights out of 5, and decided to come home. Creatures of comfort, I guess

Good location, quiet area. The pit boss grill was great. Would stay again for sure. Fun place to see the fireworks too.

The house complemented our stay in Branson in a great way. We had plenty of room and excellent views. Very nice.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the lake. Perfect location to watch the Memorial Day fireworks put on by Chateau on the Lake. Quick response from host with any questions we had. We will definitely book to stay here again.

The good: * Very nice house in a great location* cleanliness of the house* Cleanest / nicest hot tub I’ve ever seen in Branson - could be due to the beginning of the season.* Very comfortable couch / beds.The bad:* Hit with a hidden additional 100 pet fee the week of the trip that was not communicated anywhere in the listing at the time of booking / payment months in advance. This was because my dog is bigger than 35lbs. * Didn’t get a door code to check in, I had to call and request it - despite them saying it’d be texted to me * They have a digital guestbook that is only half filled out, the rest is boilerplate unhelpful language - No WiFi info in the book.* tv didn’t connect to WiFi for half the trip.* took a day to get the WiFi info

This beautiful lodge was perfect for our New Years Eve vacation. The views are amazing, great hot tub, and it’s so easy to get to Silver Dollar city or the shows from there. I have rented lodges in this same area many times but this was my best rental company experience. They made check in and check out a breeze. They went above and beyond for us to have a great vacation. They even had the Silver Dollar City refill cups in the kitchen for us to use. The Christmas decor was beautiful as well. I also used the same rental Company to get my tickets to Dixie Stampede it was sold out but they got us tickets and that too was an easy smooth process. Five stars for Keri who was my person of contact during our stay! Thank you for helping us start 2025 in such a beautiful place. WD will definitely rent this property again. PS I loved the PAC Mam game in the laundry room…I played it several times myself between loads of clothes

There were nine of us ranging in age from 3 to 70ish. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was super clean and comfortable. The hosts even helped us get discounted tickets.

Cute house but zero hand soap, trash bags or paper towels when we arrived. It looked clean but wasn’t clean. We had small kids in our group who were filthy from playing in the floor. When it’s like that, it makes you wonder about the rest of the place (sheets, towels, etc)

We liked the location, pretty views and close to the pools, basketball court, pickle ball court, playground, etc. Upon check in, the key pad was not working and we waited 1 1/4 hours for a key to be brought. The coffee maker and ice maker were broken and the hot tub water was green. The next day, a new coffee maker was brought along with two bags of ice. Overall, it was a good place for our family. Hopefully, they can get some details worked out.

We very much enjoyed staying at Chateau Mountain. The property is new and very clean. We found the layout of the home accommodating with plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms for our group of 9. The smoker provided on the upper balcony was a bit hit and everyone enjoyed the hot tub on the lower balcony. Upon arrival, the hot tub was very dirty, but one called the resort office and they sent someone over to clean it. The downside was a lack of communication about where to find things. We weren't sure where to locate the clubhouse, dumpsters, and other things. There were limited instructions provided about the resort's amenities. Additionally, for the price we paid, we expected the house to be better stocked with necessities. For example, there was enough coffee for one day, laundry detergent for one load, only one roll of paper towels, only 1 kitchen rag, and very minimal cooking supplies. Again, not a huge issue but we ran out of all the necessities within the first day, and for a group of 9 staying 5 days we had to run to the store for items quite regularly. We are accustomed to rentals providing much more. Also, we weren't sent check-in instructions until 15 minutes after our set arrival time. Perhaps that was to avoid people checking in too early. Other than that, the house is great! Not sure if we would stay there again based solely on the price point's value, but it is a nice place with lots of room! We have stayed at other rentals with more amenities for much less.

Very nice place. Convenient to all of our destinations. Beautiful view! However, watch out for scorpions. We killed two during our stay. One inside and one outside.
