Sunset Views from this Hilltop Fountain Hills Gem w/Pool

The house was as described, nice location near Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. Excellent sunset views.

The place was nice upon arrival and had all the amenities needed upon arriving. Outdoor area was very nice.

Bart was easy to work with and the amenities were great overall. Very nice place for our family to stay!

Relaxing area

A perfect place for my wife & I to stay for our anniversary to relax & enjoy in peace. The hot tub & pool combo was perfect, pool by day, hot tub at night. Great views in a nice neighborhood. Host was very communicative and friendly. Will look to rent again for other staycations.

Very nice, clean, just what we needed for family vacation

Loved the pool and hot tub. However, the landscaping of the area was overgrown and unkempt. The patio furniture cushions were stained. The kitchen was excellent, up to date, well stocked and roomy. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable: one small couch that sat three, and one small chair. All the rugs needed deep cleaning. Three of the bedrooms were good size. However the room with the bunks had no AC vent, therefore unable to use.The mattress in the master was so soft, not good for my back. The front patio was great, awesome views.

Beautiful mountain views, spacious backyard, and lots of privacy.

Was there a shory time to see the area Not for me but the house was good

Property was not at all as advertised.The hot tub did not work, the iron didn’t work, they left a used sponge for us to use in the kitchen, bathtub didn’t drain, only pump soap in bathrooms (no bars) some of the light switches were so dirty we didn’t want to touch them, mattresses were terrible quality, kitchen is poorly stocked and the management was less than helpful with our request for a iron and to get the hot tub working. The iron showed from Amazon the following day mid morning. There is two small tables inside the house that each seat four. No place to gather at the table for family dinner. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Convenient place for our golf vacation at We-Ko-Pa. House was clean, quiet and although a bit dated, suited our needs.

House size was perfect. Property very nice,views beautiful. Unfortunately it was chilly so we didn’t the use of outdoor much. We did have a garbage situation, the garbage can was full from previous renters and we had no place to put our trash. I notified property management right away,before someone came to address the issue it took a second message. Also at both messages I mentioned hot tub filter was dirty and no chlorine in the float and pool water was warm and I said no to heater. I was told pool attendant would be notified and no one came to address the issue by the time we left on Tuesday morning. So we could not use the hot tub. All seven people that stayed at the house were 66+. I was also told to mention the living room furniture was not comfortable so since it was too chilly to sit outside in the evening we all sat in the kitchen. We are friends for many many years so we had a lot to talk about. We came from different states to see our ailing friend who lives in fountain hills since 1982. Very nice place to visit! As for the house it was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Thank you.

I'm not sure the pool was heated upon our arrival like I thought it would be but once I reached out about it the manager was on it promptly and soon the water was much more tolerable. There was PLENTY of space for the 5 of us and myself and my mom enjoyed the street facing patio in the early morning watching the moon go to sleep.

Few things. We said we would be arriving late. Not a single light was left on. Had to fumble with phone light to find key box. ( why not a keypad on the door) Main suite mattress needs to be replaced. A foam pad is not a fix for a poor mattress. Just everything was the minimum.The pool was a little cloudy. The outside view was great.

We had a great stay. We love the Fountain Hills area and stayed in the area many times. First time at this house and it was great. There is ample room for a group or family. Great layout in the house and wonderful to sit and drink coffee on the front patio and then enjoy the backyard all afternoon and in the evenings. Pool was great and hot tub was a nice addition. Host was easy to get a hold.

This property worked out perfect for us to go float the salt river. Plenty of space and an amazing backyard, definitely will be staying here again when we float the river.

Couldn't of asked for a better feel like I'm at home vacation experience or for a romantic experience. The owners were quick to respond. This house had everything we needed and could ever asked for. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our family especially our dog Loki. The swimming pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi were fabulous. Plenty of cooking room and places to sit. It was just an absolute relaxing time. Driving distance in every direction to food gas storesto get what was needed. I highly recommend this home for anyones next vacation.

Perfect clean home with fantastic views and superb backyard pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We traveled with a small dog. We loved that the yard is fenced and we didn’t have to worry about losing our dog. There was a good supply of necessities. Will definitely stay again.
