Yes, the home was clean and comfortable.

Kitchen was layed out well, for we three cooks working in it at the same time. Pots, pans, utensils, all we needed!

We stayed here while in Paso Robles for my daughter’s wedding, and it was exactly what we needed. The home had plenty of space for me, my elderly parents, my two adult children, and even our dog. The hosts were very accommodating and even allowed us to extend our stay, which we truly appreciated.The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is because of an ant issue. We woke up one morning to quite a few ants in the kitchen, and a few more were spotted in the upstairs master bedroom. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful.

This time it was for my uncles funeral. This trip included my dad (87) who has his own downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk in shower, my brother and his wife, myself and my daughter with her children 5 and under. We never felt like space was a problem the 3 days we were here. Parking can be a little hard though... we had 3 large vehicles and with no street parking and the neighbor's cars parked up against the driveway going in and out of the garage and driveway can be a little tricky. But once you were settled in the space was great!

The house is well equipped and so well maintained. Has everything one needs to have a pleasant stay. near to stores and yet in a beautiful neighborhood . we had a great time. will definitely book it again.

It's perfect for 6 ladies and is close to grocery shopping and wineries! It's a super comfortable home and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Since our stay a year ago, they've updated the home with new vinyl flooring downstairs and new furniture in the family room. Excellent improvements! We love Sunset Summit, and we'll be back again in 2025!

The location was central. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to stores and downtown Paso. We loved the layout of the house. Nice upgrades, nice furniture and lovely backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. As well as the bathrooms. Iron and blow dryer provided. Plenty of room for the six of us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a VRBO. And customer service was excellent.

The managers clearly just refurbished the property as it still smelled strongly of paint when we arrived, and there were still packaging labels on the fridge and sofa. Fortunately, the paint smell dissipated after a few days. The place was very clean and comfortable with a convenient screen for check in/out and instructions. One couple complained their bed was too hard, but the rest were comfortable. We were all too hot, as we were restricted from lowering the A/C temperature - fans would be a great addition - but fortunately the outside temp cooled down at night so we were able to get some reprieve. We were very grateful to be able to bring our dogs, but we couldn't hang out outside with them very much because the neighbor's dog was always outside and barked non stop when our dogs were outside. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through, everyone was friendly and the house is close to a great running path. Overall our group of adults had a very good time.

It did smell a little smoky when we arrived and the plastic protector was torn and still on the front of the refrigerator when we arrived, but it was new and nice.

The rooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed time around the large dinning room table. We would love to come again. The landscaping in the front yard is very nice too.

The interior of the house and the garage is very nice very clean well supplied. The front yard and backyard definitely needs some work The neighbor to the right as you’re looking at the house runs a business out of his house. His trucks are parked everywhere. Not much street parking. Since we were gone all day, it really did not affect us.
