Welcome to Sunset Social WI, a brand-new lakefront retreat designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable days on the lake. Nestled directly on Sunset Lake, a 15 acre private, non-motorized lake, this warm and inviting home offers peaceful waterfront living and endless fun for families and groups.

With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space to comfortably sleep 16 guests, Sunset Social is the perfect place for family vacations, golf trips, weekend getaways, or couples traveling together.

This newly built, lakefront home was thoughtfully designed with open concept living, lake views from every room, and spaces that bring people together, indoors and out. Whether you’re spending the day swimming and paddling or enjoying games and movie nights inside, Sunset Social WI makes it easy to relax and have fun.

Starter supplies are provided for stays ~4-6 nights, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, and laundry detergent. additional items are available locally if needed.

Sunset Lake is private and motor‑free. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, and catch‑and‑release fishing are permitted.
All water activities are at the guest’s own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

Exterior cameras are in use at the front door, above the garage, and on the rear patio. No interior cameras are present.

The property is located in a newly developed area. Nearby construction activity may be ongoing.

House Rules:

• The Primary Guest must be 25 years or older, remain on‑site during the stay, and is responsible for all occupants and visitors. ID verification and acknowledgement of rental agreement will be required for booking.

• Overnight guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation.

• Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit.

• No pets allowed. While we love animals, this home has a firm no‑pet policy.

• Fireworks, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking or vaping must be done well away from the house.

• Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by their party.

Violations of any rules may result in termination of the stay, removal of guests where permitted, and additional charges for cleaning or remediation through VRBO.
