Stayed Mar 28, 2026This house was absolutely perfect for our week stay for our baseball trip. We had 4 families sharing the same space and it was all we needed, and more. The communication with the company was quick and easy from day 1. The house was gorgeous and located within 0.4 miles to the ocean so walking was easy. It is located in a small and safe neighborhood. The cleanliness of the home was immaculate. We felt as though the home had just been built! The size of the bedrooms were bigger than we had imagined. We were located close to shops and eateries. We highly recommend this home for your next stay at Cocoa Beach. The only thing that could’ve made it even better is if it had an in-ground pool in the huge and beautiful back yard!

Stayed Oct 30, 2025The property was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the fact that the master bedroom was at the opposite end of the house. Perfect for some quiet time away from the grandchildren. It was a very quiet neighborhood; the backyard was nice and roomy for a little soccer with my granddaughter. The beach was just a 5-minute drive away and the house came with everything you could possibly need for the beach. It was awesome. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby on A1A. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024The house is very conveniently located and the beach is just a short walk away. The house is well equipped and had a beach trolly, sand toys, bikes, umbrellas, and board games. The house was clean and the property manager was attentive. We'd stay again.
