Stayed Oct 17, 2025The property was modern and the location was gteat as well vlose to freeway access and stores and shops. The host was friendly and made it very easy to enter property as well as check out i recommend this property when you plan to stay in Phoenix.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025I give this property 5 stars. It had all the amenities you'd need. It was very clean and absolutely adorable. It also has a cute little private patio area with a gas grill. Our only hiccup was trying to figure out where to enter the property. I'd definitely recommmend staying there.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The place was nice and clean and offered a nice kitchen. The bed is really stiff and the pillows smelled weird.No pool access even though they have a picture in the listening & it states up to three people can be there and my boyfriend and I stayed there and we had a friend that would come over and bring his video games so all 3 of us can play games together. He was not staying over to sleep, but we were staying up late playing video games and we were very quiet and on the last night we decided to have dinner. Our friend got off late so it was a late dinner. We were cooking around 9:30 10 o’clock and the woman Owner came to the front door furious and accusing us of having a bunch of people and a party happening and We need to stop partying while I had my dinner in my hand walking to the table to eat there was only three of us and we explained to her we’re not partying at all, and she blamed us for the door being loud when it opens and closes, but the doors they have there are extremely heavy and don’t have that part of it where it softens the noise when you shut a door so it shuts on itself and it does make a loud noise as if it’s being slammed, but that’s how all of the doors in there are if you don’t guide it shut which we tried to do as much as possible. she was extremely rude and when we showed her, it’s just us three she continued to look for reasons to be upset. On the bright side, she let me have an hour later check out. I definitely won’t stay here again though

Stayed Dec 9, 2024We enjoyed our stay. It was just want we needed. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. We look forward to staying here again.
