Stayed Jan 28, 2026We did a jack and Jill style bachelor and bachelorette trip and had an absolute BLAST at this place. Pool, hot tub, basketball, plenty of seating and beds for the 16 of us. Will note some things were somewhat malfunctioning (toilet back lifted off of a toilet with every flush, door knob not latching), but it really didn't affect us. Good communication from the company, the code in our website was wrong and we couldn't get in but that was resolved within 5 minutes through texting the GoodNight stay contact. Was very worried about the noise ordinance but just told everyone to not be too loud, played music quietly and no more music past 9 and had no problems despite staying outside laughing with each other. Overall, great stay.

Stayed Jan 13, 2026The house and yard were amazing. Loved the accommodations. I did not love Goodnight Stay, the company that runs VRBO. If you book with them get ready for an onslaught of texts trying to sell you additional things. Also, this was the most unwelcoming VRBO in terms of supplies. Be prepared for nothing in the cupboards besides dishes. No foil, plastic wrap, oil, spices, or even salt and pepper. No hand soap for the kitchen either. There was also no dishwasher detergent although I learned that was a mistake after we had already purchased it. Just very minimal supplies so plan on purchasing everything if you are staying for more than a couple of nights. There was also confusion about the hot tub. Some paperwork says you have to pay extra and some doesn't. Because they run so many VRBOs you have to weed through pages of information and you don't really know what applies to this place or to other places. So we loved the house and the yard, but did not love the property management company.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025We had close family join us for a wedding. It was great to have everyone together for a special occasion. With 8 bedrooms we slept 14 easily. The outdoor living was comfortable, inviting and fun.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025The house was a great set up for a large group, loved all the bedrooms. Unfortunately, our weather was not ideal, so we were stuck inside. The only caveat is the living area and kitchen were not as big as we would have liked for a group of 10. But, we made it work and found seating for all. Everything else was great!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We only rented this property due to the advertised heated pool due to having many children in our group that we wanted to be able to swim. The property management company allegedly forgot to turn on the heat until two days into our rental and then charged us for two days of heat even though the pool never got above the 50s. It is unsafe to swim in a pool colder than 78 degrees. I do not recommend this rental due to the poor remedy to this situation. Rent with a company that will do right by their renters instead.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024The home could not have been more perfect. The bedrooms were all spacious and spread out, so it accommodated our large group. The backyard was a dream with the pool, hot tub, putting green, gazebo, pickle ball, and basketball court. They even left wood in the fire pit for us. We had everything we needed and more! The Goodnite Stays team was very communicative, informative and thirough. When i had a question, they answered phone call immediately. Place was clean and i would HIGHLY recommend!
