We had a wonderful time at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and smelled like a brand new home — so fresh and inviting. The house is modern, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fun and relaxing getaway.There were plenty of beach and bath towels, which made things so convenient for our group. The real highlight, though, was the amazing selection of beach gear and toys. From kayaks and sand toys for the kids to life jackets for everyone, this place truly has it all for a great time by the water.Barb, the host, was fantastic — super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. You can tell she really cares about making sure guests have a great experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun-filled vacation spot!

We rented this house for a family getaway to spend some time together before everyone went back to school. It was clean and exactly as described. It was very nice waking up to the view of the lake and I cannot express how beautiful the sunsets were!

Beautiful home. Fantastic sand beach.Four good sized bedrooms. Generous kitchen filled with useful utensils. Huge grill, but starter button does not work. Deck accommodated 8 people. Fire pit is large and plenty of chairs. Downfall was it was always wet because of sprinklers. Parking was plentiful. We'll come again.

Our family had an amazing time at Sunset Cove!The house was perfect for our group of 11 (8 adults, two toddlers, and an infant), with more than enough space for everyone. Since it’s brand new, everything was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked.We were impressed by the abundance of both beach and bath towels, as well as the wide selection of beach toys—paddle boards, kayaks, a lily pad, and more. The sandy beach and shallow water near the shore were ideal for the kids, who could play safely without an adult needing to be in the water at all times. Meanwhile, the deeper water at the center of the cove was perfect for swimming.There’s a well-stocked grocery store just 12 minutes away, and several great restaurants within a 5-minute drive. We also rented a pontoon on Castle Rock Lake, just a quick 5-minute trip from the house.We had such a great time and would absolutely rent this place again!
